The UMass Student’s Dad called a local gun shop, North Shore Firearms, to ask about legal purchase of a silencer.  The store clerk called the cops – it goes downhill fast from there.
A University of Massachusetts student has been arrested for owning two 30 round rifle magazines. He is being charged with a major felony under a new Massachusetts anti-gun law and faces ten years in prison. He is also being charged with a crime for not having his guns locked in a safe.
Large capacity magazines that hold more than ten rounds, and were manufactured after 1994, are illegal under the new Massachusetts law.  However, there is no way to determine date of magazine manufacture because the metal magazines are not date stamped.
The Methuen Police Department raided his apartment. According to Chief Joe Solomon the raid was based on “a tip.” The police department posted pictures of three completely legal and lawfully owned firearms on their official Facebook page. The department seemed to be falsely insinuating that firearms are already illegal in the state. (more…)

MONTICELLO, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) — A video recording has shown the mayor of the Sullivan County municipality of Monticello in a heated confrontation after being arrested by his own police officers.

As CBS 2’s Steve Langford reported, Monticello Mayor Gordon Jenkins was arrested on the night of Saturday, Nov. 16, on suspicion of drunken driving.
He was taken into custody after showing up to take a look at a serious car accident on Main Street. A volunteer firefighter noticed the mayor looked drunk, according to police, and notified law enforcement. Jenkins was arrested on the spot. (more…)

At the Wisconsin State Fair in 2011 the Modern Version of the racially driven Knock Out Game began. Throughout 2011, 2012 and 2013 the attacks continued with exponential fury in St. Louis, Atlanta, Baltimore, Virginia Beach, Miami, New York, Philadelphia and New Jersey. 
The actual behavior comes under several differing geographic names.  “Knock Out Game”, “Polar Bear Hunting”, “Flash Mob” or just “Cracking”.
The most famous perpetrator of such an attack was a 17-year-old named Trayvon Martin.  Martin’s victim did not get knocked out in the first punch. You probably never actually knew about it, because the media chose to highlight the action of the white-Hispanic victim who shot his thug attacker in the heart as he defended himself.
However, recently the media began to catch on because several back-to-back attacks in New York and Washington DC have been highlighted. Fox and CBS news began pointing out the specific intents of these crimes and the injury and deaths they have caused. (more…)

According to Washington Post columnist, Bill Minutaglio, the driver of the tank in the famous Tiananmen Square picture was Thomas Jefferson;  yes, that Thomas Jefferson.

(Daily Mail)  The 14-year-old student accused of murdering  his teacher also raped her with an ‘object’ before dumping her body, it was  alleged in court on Thursday.

Danvers High School student Philip Chism was  indicted in a Massachusetts court on charges of murder,  aggravated rape and armed robbery in the slaying of his math teacher Colleen  Ritzer on October 22.
Authorities believe Chism, a soccer standout,  followed Ritzer into a second-floor bathroom after school armed with a box  cutter, stabbed her, wheeled her body outside in a large recycling bin and  dumped it in the woods behind the school. (more…)

The media are finally catching on;  well, sort of.   We have been highlighting the “knock out game” or, as it is called regionally “Polar Bear Hunting” since it’s origin in the summer of 2011.  
The actual behavior, black youths punching random white pedestrians and posting the results to their social media networks, began during the Wisconsin State Fair in 2011 – it spread from there to cities and states coast to coast.
The media have picked up on the behavior but they are avoiding pointing out the racial aspect.   All the thugs are black males, and all the victims are white.

Today another report from the surrounding Philadelphia area – “Knockout” attacks have been reported in several states around the country and now investigators believe three people have been attacked in our area.
Police in Lower Merion are investigating two attacks in the area, and Philadelphia detectives are investigating an attack in Northeast Philadelphia.
It’s a violent crime that in other parts of the country has proven fatal. (more…)

In an ironic response to the WKMG Channel 6 article George Zimmerman’s “girlfriend“, Samantha Scheibe, and her mother, Hope Mason,  claim they did not set him up:

Yet, if you are to accept the claim by Samantha and her mother, Hope, you are left wondering – why then were they price shopping for media interviews in the weeks that led up to the recent incident ?
Not only why were they trying to sell their story to media outlets, but why did Samantha Scheibe call media resource Christi O’Conner while the argument with George Zimmerman was taking place?      Christi O’Conner is the woman who has moved to Florida, while under investigation in California, in order to make a living by selling stories in/around George Zimmerman. (Via Gateway Pundit)  Drivers along two neighboring Texas cities were forced to stop and submit to samples of breath, saliva, and even blood. The officials stopping traffic gave the impression that they were police, but the local police knew little information about the stops. Turns out the officials were government officials. When asked for more information, the excuse was that the government needed to collect data on drug use for a survey.

(Via Capitol City Project) In Wisconsin, dozens of conservative groups and allies of Gov. Scott Walker are undergoing political intimidation from the left at the hands of a special prosecutor.
Subpoenas have been issued demanding correspondence and donor information of right-leaning organizations and individuals and raids have been conducted resulting in law enforcement officers taking computers and files in a secret investigation, according to reports.
“In recent weeks, special prosecutor Francis Schmitz has hit dozens of conservative groups with subpoenas demanding documents related to the 2011 and 2012 campaigns to recall Governor Walker and state legislative leaders,” the Wall Street Journal writes.
It continues, “Copies of two subpoenas we’ve seen demand ‘all memoranda, email . . . correspondence, and communications’ both internally and between the subpoena target and some 29 conservative groups, including Wisconsin and national nonprofits, political vendors and party committees. The groups include the League of American Voters, Wisconsin Family Action, Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce, Americans for Prosperity—Wisconsin, American Crossroads, the Republican Governors Association, Friends of Scott Walker and the Republican Party of Wisconsin.” (more…)
