Paul Ryan Announces Repeal and Replacement ObamaCare Bill – (With Links To Legislative Construct)…

Tread carefully, this is a Paul Ryan announcement which inherently means the various GOPe elements, legislative authors, are most likely the primary sources.

WASHINGTON—House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) issued the following statement on introduction of the American Health Care Act:
“Obamacare is rapidly collapsing. Skyrocketing premiums, soaring deductibles, and dwindling choices are not what the people were promised seven years ago. It’s time to turn a page and rescue our health care system from this disastrous law. The American Health Care Act is a plan to drive down costs, encourage competition, and give every American access to quality, affordable health insurance. It protects young adults, patients with pre-existing conditions, and provides a stable transition so that no one has the rug pulled out from under them.
“Working together, this unified Republican government will deliver relief and peace of mind to the millions of Americans suffering under Obamacare. This will proceed through a transparent process of regular order in full view of the public. I want to thank all of our members who have contributed their ideas, especially Chairman Walden and Chairman Brady, as well as Secretary Price and the Trump administration, for their commitment to keep this promise and get this right.”

House Speaker Paul Ryan Admits ObamaCare Repeal and Replace Bill Currently Being Written…

During an interview with Fox News Brett Baier, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan explains [06:00 portion] how the ObamaCare replacement bill is currently being written:

Staying out of the weeds – why this is important. Inherent within this Ryan outline is the admission there was never a replacement bill for Obamacare before today.
Why is that important?
the-big-club-2Because the admission proves that prior to President Trump there was no ACTUAL republican intention, an actual legislative position, to remove Obamacare.
Oh yeah, and it also proves Ryan lied to Hannity when he said the bill was currently being scored by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). Huh, funny that.
Again, this evidences what we previously outlined when we said to repeal ObamaCare you must first remove The Big Club.
The Big Club, lobbyists and bureaucrats, actually write the legislation. The politicians simply sell the legislative constructs written by Lobbyists who are part of the Big Club.
The Big Club didn’t expect to lose the 2016 presidential election; either Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton would have maintained the legislative priorities of the Big Club. Now, as a specific outcome of Trump winning, Paul Ryan is actually having to create/write legislation that is necessary only because President Trump is looming over his shoulder.

Senate Confirms Dr. Ben Carson and Governor Rick Perry for Trump Cabinet…

The Senate voted Thursday to confirm Dr. Ben Carson as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Governor Rick Perry as Energy Secretary, adding two more Cabinet leaders to President Donald Trump’s administration.
Secretary Carson passed with a senate approval vote of 58-41; and the vote for Secretary Perry was 62-37.

The Democrats continue using the confirmation process as a slowdown gimmick to stall the Senate from voting on any legislation. The larger Democrat objective is to obstruct any legislative accomplishments as they continue their highly coordinated actions to undermine and attack the Trump agenda.
The Democrats are joined by their UniParty republican colleagues toward that specific endeavor. The aggregate DC swamp is a UniParty of self-interest now openly defending itself -across party lines- from the existential threat that is the Trump ‘swamp draining’ agenda.  Additionally, the recent DC narrative against Attorney General Jeff Sessions is simply a variant approach toward the same objective.

On February 17th (five days ago) we posted a research and discussion outline surrounding an interview between Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and Fox News Sean Hannity.   Within the outline I emphatically stated:

President Trump Discusses High Level Budget Construct During OMB Meeting (Video)…

No single aspect to the President Trump policy agenda will more specifically, and consequentially, impact the swamp draining process than the creation of a prioritized federal budget.
The last federal budget was signed into law in September 2007 (for fiscal year 2008) by President George W. Bush.  As a strategic political maneuver, since ’08 every aspect of federal spending has been by the vehicles of baseline budgeting, continuing resolution, omnibus spending bills and raises in the debt ceiling.  Our nation has been through almost a decade without a federal budget.


In December of 2015 Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and a republican controlled congress eliminated the debt ceiling in a massive $2+ trillion Omnibus spending bill that carried and authorized federal spending through to April 1st of this year.
Fiscally, their decision highlighted how the DC UniParty operate.  The 2015 decision by Ryan/McConnell was the final sunlight needed to prove beyond any question that Republicans never held any intention to reduce the size, scope and reach of government.
President Donald Trump has appointed, and the Senate has confirmed, Mick Mulvaney as OMB Director.  The Office of Management and Budget actually creates the White House budget proposal based on the policy and instruction of the President.

Three Sketchy House Intel Staffers Fired During Probe of Security Breach….

This is, well, sketchy – to say the least.  The Daily Caller is reporting that three House Intelligence “staffers” have been fired as part of an ongoing security probe.
Abid Awan, Imran Awan and Jamal Awan, are three brothers who worked within the IT department for members of the House Permanent Intelligence Committee.
Yes, you read that correctly.
You might remember, the House Intelligence Committee is part of the deepest oversight network with responsibility over the most sensitive and secretive government intelligence, including covert anti-terrorism activity.  The Majority Chairman (Nunes) and Minority Chair (Schiff) sit on the CIA oversight team known as the “Intelligence Gang of Eight“:

There is a gobsmacking level of pontificating self-righteousness visible from the collective proletariat within your crony-conservative movement who made the decision to formulate their political argument from a position of opposition.

Perhaps it would be different if you framed your antagonism from a position of advocacy, but that wasn’t the direction you chose.  No, you chose a specific position of opposition as clearly evident within your chosen mantra “Never Trump”.
Perhaps it would be different if you ever had a come-to-Jesus moment and apologized immediately following the November election.  Then again, when your opinion of your own self-importance is this high, those humble words are just as foreign as your understanding of the movement that won.
You don’t get to frame the entire construct of your argument around opposition to a team, and then claim benefit to the outcome of victory.  Stay on your high-horse, move along and ride off into that proverbial land of irrelevance; you’re dead here.
Save your dismount for another defining “conservative” assembly where you can gather at CPAC again and give a standing ovation to House Speaker Paul Ryan a month after he eliminates the debt ceiling and passes a $2 trillion OmniBus spending bill, funding all of the progressive priorities you hypocritically claim to oppose; you’re good at that.
That particular circle of crazy just doesn’t sell here any longer.

Trumpnomics is Happening – Comparing Candidate Trump To President Trump on Economic Policy…

Almost a year ago we outlined a predictable approach President Trump would take toward domestic economic policy if he were to win the 2016 election.  Almost three months after his victory we clearly see the economic approach is indeed exactly what he campaigned on.
Perhaps it is valuable to pause, look at where are today, and consider current progress against the prior prediction for where President Trump was heading the economics.

For the first time in many decades the chief executive of the United States walked into office concerned about the fiscal stability of the average American, without a single IOU on his Oval Office desk. For the first time ever, a titan of American Main Street is in the oval office.
Do not downplay the significance of this aspect. Money makes the world go ’round.
While they may not state so openly, every single global leader and politician is reviewing the U.S. election through their own domestic financial prisms.  It doesn’t matter which country, the key prism is financial. Enter, the land of trade conversation, Samsung, Kia,  etc, and national financial interests: The EU, The U.K., Mexico, Canada, China etc.
Immediately after the election, we stated: the U.S. media will attempt to frame international conversation through the prism of defense issues: South Korea feeling vulnerable to North Korea hostilities, Europe worried about NATO, Russia gaining influence in the Mid-East etc.
However, this view is an entirely false narrative. The reason for this intentional deflection is a necessary need for western media to marginalize President Trump.  President Trump is an existential threat to years of globalist economic advancement.

Uniparty Embed Jason Chaffetz: "We Won't Investigate Voter Fraud"….

We would be failing in our due diligence if we did not point out a history of UniParty affiliations and the subsequent willful blindness.  First, today’s UniParty useful headline:

The Architecture of Our Modern (Non)Representative Government…

“When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation”.

patriot..So begins the Declaration of Independence, the foundational document of our nation. The underpinning of the sentiment was a disconnection between the ruling elite (Parliament) and those being ruled (Colonialists).
In the 250+ years that followed, our political system of government has evolved in an almost circular fashion.  We find ourselves today returned to a disconnect that stirred the initial declaration; only this time our rulers are domestic.  The evolution from representative aspirations toward bureaucratic institutions has determined our destiny.
When we challenge our modern structural institutions we discover an architecture of policies, practices, constructs and self-sustaining enterprise which creates the disconnect between federal politicians and the constituents they are intended to represent. In essence, Skynet became self-aware and now seeks to defend itself.
This is the background to the UniParty.
Understanding the fallacy of false choice: Republican or Democrat, brings clarity to how challenging it is to remove systems of mutual benefit to the organization. (more…)
