This one flew remarkably under the radar from yesterday’s news events. A website has secured and posted confirmation that President Obama has willfully created a Trade Agreement that allows multi-national corporations to ignore sovereign US laws, while simultaneously binding domestic US corporations to follow them.
WASHINGTON — A critical document from President Barack Obama’s free trade negotiations with eight Pacific nations was leaked online early Wednesday morning, revealing that the administration intends to bestow radical new political powers upon multinational corporations, contradicting prior promises.
The leaked document has been posted on the website of Public Citizen, a long-time critic of the administration’s trade objectives. The new leak follows substantial controversy surrounding the secrecy of the talks, in which some members of Congress have complained they are not being given the same access to trade documents that corporate officials receive.
“The outrageous stuff in this leaked text may well be why U.S. trade officials have been so extremely secretive about these past two years of [trade] negotiations,” said Lori Wallach, director of Public Citizen’s Global Trade Watch in a written statement. (more…)
Repost By Request: Let’s see if we can even begin to summarize all of these interwoven connections that form the Trayvon Scheme Team agenda:

It begins with Tracy Martin reaching out on February 28th to his sister-in-law attorney Patricia Jones, she in turn contacted Benjamin Crump from Parks and Crump law firm in Tallahassee. Crump contacted Tracy Martin February 29th and took the case March 1st.
Chasing that initial “contact angle” takes you into another insane web of interwoven associations. So I’m skipping it, but you can READ IT HERE.
Crump then contacted Orlando Attorney Natalie Jackson to begin the process of formulating the offensive strategy. Natalie Jackson is a Seminole County NAACP board member and serves as a member of the Legal Redress Committee. In addition Natalie Jackson’s mom, Francis Oliver, is a major activist and historian within the NAACP.

Natalie Jackson and Benjamin Crump hire Media Communications expert Ryan Julison, who Jackson had previously worked with on the Sanford Sherman Ware case where they were able to extort leverage financial restitution from the son of a former Sanford Police Lieutenant; the son’s name is Justin Collison, and he was charged with beating Sherman Ware. In addition to money paid to Sherman Ware, Collison, the grandson of a very wealthy former federal judge, also paid off the NAACP. Ryan Julison ran the media campaign to support Ware.
While Julison went about pitching the racist white George Zimmerman murdering the innocent Trayvon Martin to the media, which he did very effectively, Benjamin Crump got in touch with his former cohorts from the Martin Lee Anderson case; namely Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and National NAACP President Ben Jealous. Apparently we, as in every non-black person in the United States, are being warned by both the Congressional Black Caucus and President Obama that “Race” is the only important distinction of our republic.
Here are two articles citing both a warning from the CBC that if George Zimmerman is found not guilty there will be riots, and simultaneously from President Obama that he has “black voters backs“.
Gee, whatever happend to a post-racial America and those “purple states” he spoke so fondly of?
“I think a ‘not guilty’ verdict is extremely problematic in 2012,” – Angela Rye
That’s an odd statement. Why only problematic in 2012? Think about it….
WASHINGTON – Race riots could ensue if George Zimmerman — the shooter in the Trayvon Martin case — is found not guilty of second-degree murder by a Florida jury, the Congressional Black Caucus’ executive director allowed yesterday.

“I think a ‘not guilty’ verdict is extremely problematic in 2012,” said Angela Rye, the Executive Director and General Counsel for the Congressional Black Caucus. She said, “I don’t know,” when asked what would happen in the event of an acquittal. “I know that folks have talked about race riots — I don’t know that.
I think that we live in a day and age where people are educated enough not to do that. I know that his mother and his father have asked for peace, peaceful solutions, not repaying evil for evil, so I’m not sure. I think it would set us back . . . there’s no value to racial violence or any other kind of violence.” (more…)
Breitbart is reporting: Pat Caddell joined Stephen K. Bannon on the “Victory Sessions” and told him that National Security Advisor Tom Donilon is likely the source of recent intelligence leaks that have prompted calls for an investigation by Democrat Senator Diane Feinstein. Caddell explains that he is certain Donilon is the source of the leaks because of his background as a political operative and a known “leaker”.

If this is indeed true, well, you can’t get any more “inside the White House” than NSA Advisor to the President Tom Donilon. (more…)
The New York Times report specifically states that their source was inside the room with President Obama’s national security apparatus as they made decisions. The leaked information could only have come from someone in a small advisory capacity within a select and exclusive group of Administration National Security Officials.
Knowing that fact based information what Position does Captain Underpants take?
Why no, despite proof the leaks can only have come from inside the White House, the leaks cannot have come from the inside the White House. (more…)
Hearing media reports of former Florida Governor being Gay will not come as a surprise to quite a few original members of the Treeper crew. Indeed we have actually discussed this before, and it is not really a secret in circles of people who have paid any attention to the various exploits of Charlie Crist along with others. From what I can remember several people knew of him frequenting a particular bar in Florida, and more people even knew of some rather ‘salty’ personal endeavors.
I met Governor Crist once, in 2007, and he was an amicable guy, a personable guy, and generally came across as a nice person. But, something about him changed in/around the 2008 year and definately he became an insufferably horrid self-serving politician by the time he ran for the Florida Senate seat in 2010.

Tallahassee, Florida – 10 News has learned of allegations of homosexual affairs, a governor trying to kiss another man, and drunken escapades by former Governor Charlie Crist.
These allegations come in the form of a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Investigative Report in the Republican Party Chair Jim Greer saga.
Jim Greer is facing criminal charges and is set to go to trial on July 30 for allegedly paying himself to raise money for the Republican Party of Florida. Greer maintains that former Governor Charlie Crist approved the deal. (more…)
Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit shares that Liberal genius and NY Times propagandist Paul Krugman was slated to speak today at Netroots 2012, Unfortunately, he wasn’t quite the draw they were hoping for.

Attempting to “fix” the economy from a podium, Obama tries damage control on his insufferable ineptitude by claiming the reason he held a press conference is because he knows the economy sucks.
Jake Tapper – With Republicans seizing upon remarks he made earlier in the day that “the private sector is doing fine” – arguing that they show a president out of touch with an ailing economy — President Obama sought to clarify his remarks Friday afternoon. […]

Decrying the “political games” that in his view necessitated the further elucidation, the president said “if you look at what I said this morning” what he was specifically addressed was that “we’ve actually seen some good momentum in the private sector. That has not been the biggest drag on the economy.”
“So let me be as clear as I can be: the economy needs to be strengthened,” the president said, “that’s why I had a press conference. I believe that there are a lot of Americans who are hurting right now, which is what I’ve been saying for the last year, two years, three years. What I’ve been saying since I came into office. And the question then is what are we going to do about it?” (more)
President Obama: “ineptitude” (n) – unskillfulness resulting from a lack of experience or training; a lack of cognitive skill; having no qualities that would render one valuable or useful; the quality of lacking substance or value; something of little value; the quality of being valueless or futile.
The truth of the matter is that, as I said, we created 4.3 million jobs over the last 27 months, over 800,000 just this year alone.
Unless President Obama is attempting to re-write the laws of economics, the government “we” did not create a single job. Employers do.
The private sector is doing fine.
Really? Tell that to the thousands of businesses closing, the millions of homeowners being foreclosed upon and the 23 million unemployed or underemployed who have been eating Ramen noodles for too long. (more…)
