Today, July 3rd, is DAY #18 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Rather than recap yesterday, I want to draw attention to some issues – A great recap is available HERE:
Yesterday, we got the first view on the horizon of the mud about to get slung by the State toward the character of George Zimmerman – Things are about to get intense.  Also, the State probably wants the jury to hear Sybrina, TrayMom™ and tears, last in the line-up prior to the long mid-week holiday break – so heads up for her this afternoon.  Tracy probably will not testify – due to his on-the-record lies now visible in evidence.
Remember, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case you can expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions.  The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.  So if the Seminole County Medical Examiner, or any LEO is not called to the stand – O’Mara cannot mention it.   M.E. = Trayvon Blood Tox. etc.
The Scheme Team has, in their desperation, blitzed the media and geography.  Daryl Parks, and Jasmine Rand are doing as much Cable News as possible.   Jasmine is the David Axelrod of their scheme.  She is also a well skilled liar, and working hand in hand to assist and counsel with the State.  Jasmine is also simultaneously trying to coordinate the narrative of Rachel Jeantel with Rod Vereen.  You now have:  Natalie Jackson, Ben Crump, Darryl Parks, Jasmine Rand, and Rod Vereen all working together to protect their narrative.   According to her girls: Alicia Stanley – has also been physically threatened and extorted to keep her mouth shut.    They, all of them, are in full tactical combat operational mode to get their lynching money.  There is NOTHING they will not do. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.

To answer some questions people have as they come toward a greater understanding of the Zimmerman case. Here is a repost from December 2012. It should answer the question(s) about George Zimmerman’s past:
As each day passes, more discovery in the State’s case against George Zimmerman comes forth into the sunlight. Defense attorney’s Mark O’Mara and Don West have been pulling teeth out of the Prosecution Team to get it, and indeed they are having to force it from them, but slowly and surely it is coming out.
Along with it comes the truth.
We have outlined some of the previous false narratives now diminished if not totally deconstructed by the disinfecting sunlight of truth. Some of which are:

• Why did George Zimmerman deem Trayvon Suspicious on Feb 26th.
• The evidence of the significant injuries sustained by George Zimmerman as he was attacked by Trayvon Martin.
• The Trayvon Family attorney’s fabricated a story. A completely a made-up story surrounding the girlfriend of Trayvon Martin they called “DeeDee”; Including, but not limited to, the very basics of her age and disposition.
• and the media willingly selling the false story of “DeeDee” for effect and narrative selling.

So today we look at another false aspect surrounding George Zimmerman. Specifically his prior encounter with law enforcement in 2005 which led to this often displayed mug shot. (more…)

Earlier in the day someone asked me a direct question about has my opinion of Mark O’Mara changed?
When I read any sentence including the words: “you”, “opinion”, and “Mark O’Mara”, my gut reaction is to cringe. Why? Because so many people think I hate the guy because I’ve been critical of him.

To reconcile their opinion of my perspective, others have even claimed I hold some personal agenda or animosity toward him.  None of which can be even considered remotely close to factual.  My criticism has historically been an opinion I consider to be intellectually honest.

Three lawyers are hosting a fancy formal, yet intimate, dinner replete with crystal goblets, and starched white linen napkins. They are Mark Nejame, Mark O’Mara and Don West. The guest of honor is the queen of England.

During the toast the Queen farts, loudly. A brief moment of polite company awkwardness is dispatched by Mark NeJame standing up and saying to the table audience: “please excuse my embarrassment”, and with the witnessed chivalry of polite ownership he briefly excuses himself.

The table comfort returns, the awkwardness diffused.

A few well presented courses later, the Queen again has a bout of echoing flatulence. This time Mark O’Mara is first to his feet, and says: “your Highness, I hope you will forgive my embarrassment”; Like Nejame, O’Mara has taken ownership to express his chivalry.

As the table guests adjourn to the library, once again Her Royal Highness cuts a noisy cheese. This time, Don West quickly looks over at her Majesty and says:

“That’s alright Duchess, have that one on me”.

Obviously given detective Chris Serino’s testimony today many people are wondering what’s the back-story?
What you witnessed play out today was a State Prosecutor who called up the “lead detective” in the case, and yet only asked him about Serino’s direct interviews with George Zimmerman.  Bernie De La Rionda never asked Serino about the investigation itself.

Why?
Chris Serino was the very narrowest point of the information and investigative funnel. All investigative information ended up on his desk. Serino was the lead information gatherer, interviewer, and investigative person behind every single aspect to the evidence in the case. So why didn’t the State ask the lead homicide detective anything about the evidence?
The answer to that question once again frames the narrative of a fraudulent and malicious prosecution. The State does not want Detective Serino to testify about the evidence, because there isn’t any. The only reason Serino even filed a capias was to get the case from his desk into the hands of the State investigative team, FDLE.

Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position. (more…)

Compare this audio of “Dee Dee” to the person on the witness stand last week identified as Witness #8. Is it the same person?
