Enough is Enough – They, The Progressive Left, Do Not Care About Children – They Only Care About An Ideological Agenda….

Listening to current gun control framed through victim suffering; Listening to abortion rights framed around a desire not to burden daughters;  Listening to progressives of all sorts pontificating about food bans, soda bans, slurpee bans;  All under the auspices of caring for children is, well, annoying.

But watching MTV and seeing Jamie “Obama is our Lord and Savior” Foxx heralded on stage while wearing a T-Shirt of Trayvon Martin, and proclaiming a desire for “justice” is just, well, too much.

Jamie Foxx doesn’t give a damn about black boys, or any boys or girls, for that matter.  If he did he would be in Miami-Dade Florida asking the Miami-Dade School Police Department why they never took responsibility to “protect and serve” both Trayvon, and the greater community in which he lived. Part 6 – The Trayvon Martin Cover Up: Detective Steven Hadley Sr. Sworn Affidavit (Trayvon FOIA #13)

Miami Dade Schools Police Department

First a recap – From the initial FOIA information provided with affidavits from M-DSPD Commander Fox-Williams, and Sergeant William Tagle, we learn the following:

–  A specific and intentional program was instituted by M-DSPD Police Chief Hurley to change the way the criminal activity of young black male school students was recorded.  Several processes from invoking the “Baker Act” to flat-out manipulating police reports, and in some cases not writing them at all, was used.   This led to a 60% statistical reduction in criminal recording and engagement.  The implication within the research points to Hurley following the instructions of School Superintendent Alberto M Carvalho who appointed Hurley as police chief.

*Alberto Carvalho has close ties to the White House and the Obama administration.

–  We know Trayvon Martin was one of the students who benefitted from such a procedural change, because the School Resource Officer, Darryl Dunn, gave statements during the internal affairs investigation admitting as such. (more…)

Part #5 – The Trayvon Martin Cover Up: Commander Deanna Fox Williams Sworn Affidavit (Trayvon Martin FOIA #12)

Miami Dade Schools Police Department

Here is the sworn affidavit given by Commander Deanna Fox-Williams (pictured above second from right) to the internal affairs division of the Miami-Dade School Police Department.   The redacted name in all the documentation is Trayvon Martin, or the initials “TM”.

Within the affidavit you will find even more information about the specifics surrounding how statistics were manipulated and how officers were given specific instructions to conceal student encounters with law enforcement. Generally in favor of diversion programs intended for one purpose, to improve statistics.

The M-DSPD, under the leadership of Police Chief Hurley was attempting to inflate the appearance of their effectiveness by changing how police officers were permitted to engage with School Students and uphold the law.

Police officers were pressured and given instructions to falsely classify behavior, at times even invoking the “Baker Act”, so the criminal justice statistics could be artificially improved. By all appearances Trayvon Martin was one of those “diversionary” students. (more…)

About The Process

patriotWe have decided the best way to absorb the massive amount of information in the FOIA release is to break it down into intellectually digestible bite sized morsels.

Each day we will introduce to you “a new perspective”, more information about the now apparent intentional manipulation within the former M-DSPD objectives; and more information about Trayvon Martin’s interactions with them.

The storyline carries itself against the backdrop of the George Zimmerman case because it outlines the Trayvon story that was, until today,  hidden from view.

There will be a few updates throughout the process each day as we present the discoveries from the words of the participants – via their sworn statements and affidavits.   At the end of each segment we will drop the FOIA release as it pertains to the evidence.   (more…)

Part 2 – The Trayvon Martin Cover Up: “Hurley Blows A Gasket”

On February 26th Trayvon Martin was killed by George Zimmerman in a claimed self-defense shooting.   The claim by George Zimmerman would be bolstered by, forensics, witness statements, and subsequent Sanford Police investigation.

On February 29th as part of the investigation, according to investigative affairs within the Miami-Dade School Police Department, Detective Steven Hadley received a phone call from Sanford Police Dept Randy Smith.  [internal documents note Smith as both a Lieutenant and a sergeant – some confusion there]

Smith was requesting background information on shooting victim Trayvon Martin to complete a victimology report.   Hadley told Smith the Miami-Dade School Police dept fax number and asked him to submit his request in writing on letterhead from Sanford PD.

FOIA Preview
