As best can be determined the current narrative (subject to change) is that a security guard, Jesus “Jose” Campos, was dispatched to the 32nd floor due to an alarm from an emergency stairwell door being opened. [Jose Campos is currently being guarded by a security firm and not available for media interviews].
Sometime after (or during) Campos assignment to check out the alarm, a maintenance worker named Stephen Schuck was sent to check out a fire exit door that would not open. Presumably this is the same door Campos was assigned to investigate.
Maintenance worker Schuck could not open the door from the stairwell and needed to go back into another wing to come to the front of the exit door on the 32nd floor.
During this Schuck transit time Campos arrived on the 32nd floor and noted the hotel suite door partially open (didn’t knock) and encountered the shooter, Stephen Paddock, who shot Campos in the leg (upper left thigh) and fired multiple rounds through the door.
Maintenance worker Schuck arrives to find Security Guard Campos hiding in an alcove (“poking his head out”) who immediately warned Schuck to get away and then both come under a hail of gunfire. See video interview: (more…)
Earlier today President Trump tweeted out a statement that NBC is fake news. The media, and Trump’s political opposition, immediately began circling the wagons to defend NBC.
However, as if on cue, moments after President Trump made the statement, NBC presented video of a Today Show segment interviewing a maintenance worker for Mandalay Bay with a jaw-droppingly false claim about Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock warning the worker. LOOK: (more…)
During an interview on Sunday casino, hotel and resort billionaire Steve Wynn was describing some insider trade talk about the Mandalay Bay Massacre. During the interview Wynn inadvertently mentioned shooter Stephen Paddock using the “service elevators” and how Wynn’s internal security measures would never allow that to happen.
Asked for clarification, Mr. Wynn quickly demurred. However, CBS is now reporting that Stephen Paddock did in fact use the freight elevator at the Mandalay Hotel and Casino:
Las Vegas – Law enforcement sources told CBS News that Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock is believed to have used the freight elevator at the Mandalay Bay hotel casino in the days leading up to last week’s deadly attack.
It wasn’t clear what Paddock used the freight elevator for or how often he used it.
Today the Las Vegas Police and FBI announced a campaign to get additional information, “true knowledge”, from the public. The FBI has created a specific call line: “1-800-CALL-FBI”, or (1-800-225-5324). The career-minded undersheriff held the presser.
There were virtually no answers to looming questions provided within the latest briefing. Officials are certain there was no additional shooters, but they are not sure if there was an accomplice aiding Stephen Paddock. Incredulously, some of the media questions would appear to be easily answered, or refuted, if the investigators watched the CCTV from the Mandalay casino/hotel; yet, they remain unanswered.
(Via NBC) Investigators are trying to determine whether someone else was in the Las Vegas gunman’s hotel room when he was registered there, senior law enforcement officials briefed on the investigation told NBC News.
The investigators are puzzled by two discoveries: First, a charger was found that does not match any of the cellphones that belonged to the gunman, Stephen Paddock.
And second, garage records show that during a period when Paddock’s car left the hotel garage, one of his key cards was used to get into his room.
Gateway Punditis sharing a report from SunOnline which appears to contradict the framework of what Marilou Danley has stated to law enforcement. At least as it has been described by media.
Previously, media have stated Marilou Danley had no idea Stephen Craig Paddock had dozens of rifles and weapons stored in the house. Additionally, again according to media reports, Danley and Paddock lived together and she left for a vacation to visit friends before he went on the attack in Las Vegas.
However, according to neighbors of the house in Reno, these media reports don’t match the actual behavior:

Today the CoC is taking a direct and adversarial position to oppose the White House and the intended framework (Trump, Ross, Lighthizer) for a renegotiated NAFTA deal. The U.S. CoC is aligning with Canada and Mexico against the interests of the United States. While predicted, it is a little surreal to see the U.S. CoC drop their mask so openly:

The latest press conference from Las Vegas reveals some stunning information. During the Q&A within the latest update the Las Vegas Sheriff Joe Lombardo noted the shooter Stephen Paddock had an apparent escape strategy to survive the attack.

*10:05pm shooting begins. Suspect on 32nd floor.
*10:12pm First two officers arrive on 31st floor stating gunfire origin on 32nd floor.
*10:15pm Last shots fired by suspect.
*10:17pm First two officers arrive on 32nd floor.
*10:18pm Security guard, Jose Campos tells police he was shot and exact room location.
*10:26-10:30pm Eight additional officers arrive on 32nd floor. Begins evacuation.
*10:55pm Eight additional officers arrive at suspect hotel room door.
*11:20pm Initial room breach. Suspect located. 2nd Door (room) identified.
*11:27pm Second breach, 2nd room. Radio: All Clear – Suspect Down.
If the FBI was attempting to reassert a reason for public confidence in their investigative agency; and/or if the FBI was trying to deconstruct their recent history of politicization and weaponization against American citizens; they would be taking specific action toward that end goal. They’re not.
Exactly the opposite is true.
The current leadership of the FBI and DOJ are factually taking specific action to remove any investigative or public scrutiny of their scurrilous activities and corrupt agency involvement in recent events. If they didn’t need to do this – they wouldn’t be doing this.
As such, the transparency of their motive to bury their own agencies involvement in the creation of, and payments toward, the ridiculous Steele Dossier is now abundantly clear:

Much like the San Bernardino attack revealed a manipulative scheme for green-card marriages, so too is the Mandalay Bay Massacre revealing the use of multiple identities within the associations of the killer. Oh, and if Marilou Danley she reads these reports before getting on board her flight back from Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Australia and/or wherever the heck she really is… well, she likely ain’t coming back. The person who may hold the key to solving the mystery of why the Vegas gunman killed 59 and wounded nearly 600 people led a convoluted life of her own, with two simultaneous husbands, a bankruptcy, two Social Security numbers, multiple addresses in several states and even different ages depending on which state records you review.
