Against Hillary Clinton making ridiculous assertions about the Trump University lawsuit, the development of her former Information Technology aide seeking a protective order to avoid deposition is, well, beyond laughable.

Brian Pagliano, Hillary Clinton’s IT specialist who set up the home-brewed email server, is now seeking an emergency protective order to keep recordings away from his deposition, and further claiming he will invoke his fifth amendment rights and not answer questions.
Here’s a pdf of the court filing:

Apparently, Mr. Pagliano doesn’t like the thought of being on the receiving end of the Vince Foster treatment.

NBC is trying to GASLIGHT the California Electorate
Take heart Bernie supporters. Bernie Sanders WILL WIN in California if an honest election is held. Absent of DNC manipulation Sanders WILL WIN.
How do we know? Because NBC Pollster, and notorious Hillary Clinton sycophant, Mark Murray, is doing everything possible to try and skew data in an effort to call the race close, and prop up Clinton. He, and the media outlets which employ him, have a history of this.

The latest evidence is a necessary skewering of the polled electorate into new categories: “Likely” and “Potential” voters (full pdf below). This is not the same as registered vs likely, this is a new division intended entirely to aid Dame Hillary. Beyond transparent.
The official NBC version headlines “Dem Race Tightens in California“, and indeed it is close according to their polled results. However, the race favors Bernie, not Hillary.

Candidate Donald Trump previously accused Judge Gonzalo Curiel of having a bias, a specific political and agenda bias, to the benefit of the plaintiffs in the case; and it appears he is correct.
Yesterday it was discovered that Judge Curiel, an activist for illegal immigration, works on behalf of San Diego La Raza immigration activists to select illegal aliens for scholarships.

Today his inherent rush to judgement surfaces once again, as Judge Curiel now tries to reverse course on a decision to unseal court records.
His original order unsealed court documents which were unredacted and exposed the personal information of people within the civil lawsuit. Today, claiming it was a “mistake“, Judge Curiel tries to put the toothpaste back in the tube: (more…)
Public Policy Polling (PPP) conducted a poll of Georgia voters (full pdf below) to estimate the possibility of a state balance shift. Unfortunately for the Clinton narrative the results show Donald Trump beating Hillary Clinton by 9 points (49/40).
The poll framework wasn’t helpful for Bernie Sanders either. Trump beats Sanders by 8 points (48-40).

In a three person race:
Donald Trump 45% – Hillary Clinton 38% – Gary Johnson 6%
PPP conducted the poll in Georgia because the DNC electoral strategy against Trump is weighing the possibility of losing some Mid-West states (blue states turn red: PA, OH, WI, MI) and they were hoping for a narrative where high demographic minority voters could change red states to blue. Hence, Georgia.
In essence the thinking was/is: if Trump can take Pennsylvania, can Clinton offset by winning Georgia – via a high population of *black voters? The answer, at least within this poll, is no. (more…)
Judicial Watch has just released the deposition transcript of Hillary Clinton’s Chief of Staff, Ms. Cheryl Mills:
“I don’t know that I could articulate that there was a specific discussion as opposed to her continuation of the practice she had been using when she was a Senator. … I don’t have a specific memory of the conversations that may or may not have occurred. I know that I understood she was going to be using her personal email and that’s what she did.” [page 45]
“when she was a Senator“? A “Senator“. Oopsies.

Cheryl Mills (left) – Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (right)
Cheryl Mills testimony covered Clinton’s use of emails; whether FOIA searches were done of Clinton emails, information about the set-up of the Clinton email server; Mills’ communication with Clinton email witness Bryan Pagliano; Mills’ involvement in prior Clinton email controversies; and the handling of politically sensitive FOIA responses. Mills’ attorneys directed her not to answer many questions.

During one part of the deposition Cheryl Mills admits that none of the Clinton email was able to be captured by FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests, because the State Department did not have access. Excerpt: (more…)

Last week Lewis Lukens was deposed as part of the discovery granted to Judicial Watch by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan in response to its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s unsecured, non-government email system.

Bloggers and researchers doing the digging MSM reporters refuse.
Research by Lawnewz has discovered the legal firm behind the Trump civil action lawsuit paid Bill and Hillary Clinton massive amounts of money for speeches and advocacy during and after Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State:

[Via Lawnewz] Donald Trump has undoubtedly made the class action lawsuit against Trump University a prime campaign issue. For the last several days, he has been on a tear against federal Judge Gonzolo Curiel who is overseeing one of the class action lawsuits against Trump University. In the lawsuit, former students claim that the University and Trump violated federal law by luring them to sign up with false promises and then defrauded them once they handed over their checks.
LawNewz.com discovered that when it comes to politics, Robbins Gellar Rudman & Dowd, the law firm behind the class action lawsuit, is not exactly neutral either. Our analysis, using data compiled by The Washington Post, found that Robbins Gellar Rudman & Dowd paid the Clintons a total of $675,000 in fees for speeches since 2009. Hillary Clinton gave a speech for the law firm as recently as September 4, 2014.
Orange really IS the new black.
A Rasmussen Poll released today shows 50% of the electorate believe Hillary Clinton should continue running for President even if she is under federal indictment. Perhaps even more stunning is that 71% of Democrats think she should keep running if charged with a felony.

(Rasmussen) Most continue to believe likely Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton is a lawbreaker, but half of all voters also say a felony indictment shouldn’t stop her campaign for the presidency.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 43% of Likely U.S. Voters think Clinton should immediately stop campaigning if she is charged with a felony in connection with her use of a private e-mail server while secretary of State. Fifty percent (50%), however, think she should continue running until a court determines her guilt or innocence. (more…)
The Washington Post is reporting that Hillary Clinton has revised her entire final 10 day campaign schedule to quickly add more events in California. A previous poll by the Public Policy Institute showed a statistical tie between Clinton and Sanders among likely Democrat voters. Clinton had 46% support, Sanders had 44%, and the margin of error was plus or minus 5.7 percentage points.
(Via WaPo) Hillary Clinton has upended her campaign schedule, adding more stops in California, in an effort to prevent an embarrassing loss there to Bernie Sanders, her rival for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Clinton originally planned to campaign for two days this week in New Jersey, but at the last minute canceled an event on Thursday and will instead return to California for a five-day swing. (more…)
