Online articles about the Zimmerman case elicit comments that support Zimmerman’s contention that he acted in self-defense by over a margin of 6 to 1; the Martin family attorney who spearheaded the agitation for the Capias suddenly lawyers up himself and seeks to avoid being “put on the record”; and the ongoing failure of the various iterations of the “Trayvon Martin Foundation aka “Justice for TM” ” to raise any meaningful or significant funds.

The Trayvon Martin “cause” however, continues to live on, with life breathed into its metaphorical corpse by a corrupt legacy media desperate to maintain the fiction that institutional racism is alive and well in Obama’s America. On life support, the manufactured faux rage of the chattering class continues to be splashed across the pages of online editions of print newspapers and monthlies; and on “specials” by the cable news cabal regurgitating the same tired tropes first put forth by Ryan Julison. OK, Treepers, you want to know what you can do to help George Zimmerman, well, here it is.

Today February 26th is the anniversary of the day 17-year-old thug Trayvon Martin angrily attacked George Zimmerman and was shot and killed by George in self-defense.

This shooting took place moments after Trayvon left a 7-11 store with the ingredients for his preferred drug cocktail, “Lean”. Skittles, Watermelon Fruit Punch, and Robitussin combine to make some “fire ass lean”, and Robitussin needed to be used because Trayvon could not find a local source for prescription liquid codeine. So at 6:29pm, after getting a couple of other older guys to buy him some Black and Mild Cigars at the 7-11 to go with the dope he was smoking, he headed back to his dad’s girlfriend’s (Brandi) condo.

These facts are not disputed – they are evident, provable, and cited with specific certainty by our research. We stand behind this 100%. Nothing about these fact-based assertions can be disputed without the intellectual disconnect leading to a manipulative series of lies and obfuscations; the Martin Family storyline is a series of fabricated lies. For the same reason the media was forbidden from showing the truth about Trayvon Martin’s can of watermelon juice, a New York City grocery store is forbidden from using Obama’s face with advertising for Chicken – Politically Incorrect.

New York – An Upper West Side Whole Foods has removed a sign that used a drawing of President Barack Obama to advertise a sale on chicken after complaints that the ad was offensive.

For the same reason it is unlawful NOT to hire illegal immigrants, the Obama administration is now claiming it is unlawful not to hire criminals.

When you pre-screen job applicants based on legal work eligibility status you are adversely impacting job seekers based on race/origin/nationality (disparate impact), a federally protected category.  So too, when you pre-screen eligibility based on criminal record you adversely impact blacks.

Not hiring someone because they are illegally in the United States is unlawful by EEOC standards. They are applying the same logic to criminals.

WASHINGTON DC – Criminal background checks have become all the rage in Washington, D.C., as politicians scramble to try to ensure that anyone who ever even thought of owning a gun is subjected to a thorough electronic proctology exam.

However, one group that appears immune to background check fever are the ever helpful Obama officials at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

The EEOC and OFCCP have each determined that employers who use background checks as one of the determinants of whether to hire a prospective employee may be engaging in prohibited discrimination. (more…)
