Municipal Grievance Exploitation – Jesse Jackson Calls For Mass Protests Against Detroit Emergency Manager…

Watching how the Grievance Industrialist Jesse Jackson uses language to divide, obfuscate, ignore and avoid the reality of his own ideology is laughable.

An all black historically corrupt city council, together with a black mayor, in a predominently black city, have run the place into the ground.   [The race of the aforementioned is noted only because of the approach by 2-J’s]  Now 2-J’s has the nerve to say an emergency city manager (also black), designed to try and save the city, is the equivalent of a plantation owner because he is appointed by a white governor:

“As opposed to having a city council that’s democratically elected and a mayor, you’ll have a plantocracy, a plantation-ocracy, replacing a democracy,” Jackson said.

[…]  Jackson was joined by Detroit City Councilwomen JoAnn Watson and Brenda Jones, U.S. Rep. John Conyers and a union representative at a rally inside city hall that drew  about 100 people. He also called on the U.S. Department of Justice to intervene to protect Detroiters’ rights to vote. (more…)

Grievance Is A Lucrative Business – Understanding The Value of Financial Injustice: Example #101 “Zimmerman Case”…

Numerous people are only just now becoming aware of the lucrative industry of “grievance”.  Despite the growth of income potential from grievance industrialists over the course of many years, most people never really paid attention to it.   The Zimmerman case brings an opportunity to deliver sunlight to the scheme(s).

George Zimmerman is, on paper, being prosecuted by the State of Florida, but the state is not really his prosecution – The State is merely facilitating a process created by, structured by, and afforded by the Grievance Industry.

Pam Bondi - Benjamin Crump - Martin Lee Anderson caseAs we have previously outlined Angela Corey was chosen by Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi because Corey needed some quick credibility with the African-American constituency.   Corey was one of the Campaign Managers for Bondi – so the relationship is quite sympatico.

Bondi was the prosecutor in another previously successful Grievance Campaign against the State, “The Martin Lee Anderson case“.   In the Anderson case, Trayvon Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump, was also the lead civil representative for wrongful death claims by Anderson’s family.   In that case Pam Bondi and Benjamin Crump also cemented their friendship and quid-pro-quo arrangements.    Crump was out for money, Bondi needed political clout. George Zimmerman Case – Deposing The Players In Multiple Rounds….

It should be noted the filing for reconsideration of Benjamin Crump’s deposition and status was filed after ’round one’ of Witness #8 deposition.

Sybrina+Fulton+Bond+Hearing+Held+Trayvon+Martin+zavKDri4E5-l(Orlando Sentinel)  George Zimmerman’s attorneys were in South Florida late last week, deposing Trayvon Martin’s girlfriend, dad, mom and brother, according to newly-filed case records.

On Wednesday Mark O’Mara took the sworn account of Trayvon’s girlfriend, the state’s most important witness, at a Miami office of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. (pdf file)

Shortly after Trayvon’s death, she told authorities that she was on the phone with him a few moments before he was shot by Zimmerman, a Neighborhood Watch volunteer who had called Sanford police a few minutes earlier, describing the unarmed 17-year-old as suspicious. (more…)

Using Race To Leverage Injustice – Example 101 “George Zimmerman”

Understanding how and why George Zimmerman is being prosecuted in the Trayvon Martin shooting is a complex undertaking.   Most of the people with a ‘general sense’ of the case have no idea the depth of the alignment against him.

Tom Perez and president obama

This week many people became aware of the name “Thomas Perez” because he is a nominee put forth by President Obama for a cabinet secretary position, Labor Secretary.  However, in his previous role as head of the Civil Rights Division of the Dept of Justice, Mr Perez played a key role in the George Zimmerman case.

It should be noted that Congressional Black Caucus member, Congresswoman Corrine Brown, played a key role in bringing race-based support from Perez to the forefront of the case.   Both Congresswoman Brown, and Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett, asked the Dept. of Justice to intervene in the case.   [All supportive documents are within this pdf]

Philadelphia Mayor Nutter Wants Author Of “White In Philly” Story Punished, Suggests Not Protected Free Speech

Mayor Michael NutterPHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Human Relations Commission has launched an investigation at the request of the mayor after a well-known magazine published an essay that explored perspectives of white citizens on the issue of race relations.

Mayor Michael Nutter called on the commission to consider rebuking both Philadelphia Magazine and writer Bob Huber noting that “the First Amendment, like other constitutional rights, is not an unfettered right.”:

While I fully recognize that constitutional protections afforded the press are intended to protect the media from censorship by the government, the First Amendment, like other constitutional rights, is not an unfettered right, and notwithstanding the First Amendment, a publisher has a duty to the public to exercise its role in a responsible way. I ask the Commission to evaluate whether the “speech” employed in this essay is not the reckless equivalent of “shouting ‘fire!’ in a crowded theater,” its prejudiced, fact-challenged generalizations an incitement to extreme reaction.

Nutter’s fury was directed at a cover story titled, “Being White in Philly.” The story included conversations with mostly anonymous residents who detailed race relations in the City of Brotherly Love. (more…)

Racial Radical – President Obama Officially Announces Tom Perez For Labor Secretary….

Today President Obama officially announced his selection for Labor Secretary, Tom Perez.

Tom Perez and president obama

To call Perez a radical is to do an injustice to the term itself.  Tom Perez is a racial radical, a specific and intentional race based politico of the highest order.

Much of the information you will read about Perez will outline his warm affection to Islam in general, and to Sharia Law specifically.    That alone should be alarming to the casually interested.   But his ideological perspectives and his previous institutional activity within the Dept Of Justice should raise alarm levels to infinity. George Zimmerman Case – O’Mara Files Motion To Reconsider Deposition of Benjamin Crump

Mark O’Mara has filed a motion with the court for reconsideration of Judge Nelson’s prior ruling regarding Benjamin Crump’s ineligibility for deposition.  (pdf here)

updateUpdate:  We’ve loaded the pdf to another hosting site because O’Mara’s servers are overloaded:   You can also read motion HERE  (we’ll also tweet the link)

This motion will affectionately be called “Tara’s Motion“, because the diligence of Treeper Tara appears to have given the defense a key tool in its position. Specifically the ABC audio tape which was mysteriously uploaded onto the ABC website on February 28th, which Tara discovered.

Tara 1

Tara 2

There are multiple substantive arguments in the motion filed by O’Mara outlining the defense position that Trayvon Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump, is specifically a key witness for deposition surrounding all of the elements regarding discovery of Witness #8, Dee Dee; Who, coincidently was deposed last Friday. How Dare You ! – Philly Mayor Michael Nutter Responds To A discussion of Race from Philly Magazine….

undefinedLast week we brought to your interest an article from Philadelphia Magazine titled: “Being White In Philly“.   Essentially the article highlights how race is tenuously handled in the city of ‘Brotherly Love’.

The fear of racism, or being considered a racist, was outlined in the magazine by showing how non-blacks pander to blacks out of an overbearing concern for political correctness.  Examples were cited from individual interviews with non-blacks who attest to their intentional over consideration for black persons in daily interactions.

One such story:

Dennis, 26, teaches math in a Kensington school. His first year there, fresh out of college, one of his students, an unruly eighth grader, got into a fight with a girl. Dennis told him to stop, he got into Dennis’s face, and in the heat of the moment Dennis called the student, an African-American, “boy.”

The student went home and told his stepfather. The stepfather demanded a meeting with the principal and Dennis, and accused Dennis of being racist; the principal defended his teacher. Dennis apologized, knowing how loaded the term “boy” was and regretting that he’d used it, though he was thinking, Why would I be teaching in an inner-city school if I’m a racist?

The stepfather calmed down, and that would have been the end of it, except for one thing: The student’s behavior got worse. Because now he knew that no one at the school could do anything, no matter how badly he behaved.  (link)

This, and all of the accompanying insightful examples highlight fear on behalf of the non-blacks to confront the truth – the reality of race-based behavioral accepting. (more…)
