WASHINGTON –  Several members of Congress are calling for an investigation into an embarrassing series of blunders made by the Milwaukee arm of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives after a newspaper reported this week that the agency conducted a months-long undercover operation that cost taxpayers thousands of dollars and netted very few results.

“I am intent on getting to the bottom of the botched ATF sting in Milwaukee,” Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner, R-Wis., told FoxNews.com Thursday night.

Sensenbrenner along with Sen. Charles Grassley, and Reps. Darrell Issa and Robert Goodlatte, have sent a letter to Acting ATF Director Todd Jones asking the agency to look into allegations reported in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The newspaper claims that the agency conducted a deeply flawed sting operation that resulted in a still-missing machine gun being taken from an agent’s car, thousands of taxpayer dollars being lost in merchandise and angry residents saying that ATF officials reintroduced crime into their neighborhood. VIA BEN SHAPIRO – On March 23, 2012, President Obama announced that Americans had to do some “soul searching.” The reason? A seventeen-year-old young man named Trayvon Martin had been shot and killed in Sanford, Florida.

Now, what separated young Trayvon from all of his teenage peers shot across the country? What made him special, worthy of presidential comment? Was he an honor student? Was he a potential president of a Fortune 500 company? Was he on the fast track to curing cancer?

Probably not. Shortly before his death, Trayvon had been suspended from school for ten days for carrying around a baggie with pot residue. He’d been suspended two other times, once for missing school, and a second time for tagging “WTF” on a hallway locker; a security guard searched his backpack and found women’s rings, earrings, and a screwdriver. Authorities described the screw-driver as a “burglary tool.” He wore a grille in his mouth. He was tattooed. He dressed like a punk. (more…)

I wonder what the three masked intruders planned on using the duct tape for with this woman they found alone at home.  And note that they brought the duct tape with them.

Remember all the racially based flash mobs in 2011 (Wisconsin, Atlanta, Philadelphia) ?

In July 2011 when Nkosi Thandiwe shot three white females in Atlanta, GA, the “mainstream legacy media” went into extreme racial censorship mode. The media would not admit the victims were all beautiful, young white ladies.  Nor would they post the pictures of the victims.   But by far the worst manipulation was the actual treatment and portrayal of the perp by The Atlanta Journal Constitution,  who wrote:

Just as she was an unlikely victim — a bubbly 26- year-old delighted with her life and only recently returned to her hometown — the suspect was an unlikely killer: not only a security guard but the church-going son of a high-achieving family, including a mother who is an attorney versed in death-penalty law.

“It is the randomness of it,” said Dick Reed, a media analyst in Berkeley, Calif. After the initial shock, he said, it’s the mystery, the unknowns, that hold people’s interest. (link)

The media sought to portray a specific and intentional targeting of three white females by a black murderer as some terrible misunderstanding. This descriptive of the thug murderer continued for years with the media refusing to cover the reality of cause.   The real motive.

However, unfortunately for the retention of their guise they could not avoid this weeks courtroom sunlight;  And now they are forced to confront. (more…)

Much has been said about the various Sheriff’s Departments around the nation stating their position they will not enforce any Federal confiscation of firearms from their citizens.

Remember as you watch these, the county Sheriff is the highest constitutional officer in every jurisdiction. They can refuse to comply. Yes, constitutionally they can. They can, but they will NOT.

Sorry, to be brutally honest, but no-one is willing to go “Ruby Ridge” outrage.

WASHINGTON DC – President Obama reiterated his determination Monday to see Congress act to reduce gun violence.

“The only way that we’re going to be able to do everything that needs to be done is with cooperation of Congress,” he said at the start of a meeting with Vice President Joe Biden and law enforcement officials from the Major Cities Chiefs Association and the Major County Sheriffs Association.

“That means passing serious laws that restrict the access and availability of assault weapons and magazine clips that aren’t necessary for hunters and sportsmen, those responsible gun owners who are out there. It means that we are serious about universal background checks, it means that we take seriously issues of mental health and school safety,” he said.
