We could not help but notice something absent from the NATO summit being held in Wales this year.
Apparently the U.K. Security Team has figured out a way to keep the pesky professional anarchists away from the conference.

They call it a “Ring of Steel”


In actuality it’s a  border fence constructed to form a security perimeter around the entire venue. Twelve miles of fence constructed within days to form a steel perimeter and keep the pesky undesirables out.  (link)
Apparently it worked, it worked really well.




Perhaps you noticed it.
But, then again, the goal of it was to provide you the peace of mind so that you wouldn’t know it was there.
Which got us to thinking.
