We feel the protein and carbohydrate limitations, 10-12 ounces a week, are not enough fuel for our average very active student. Almost all our students have a weights class and compete in sports. We see a problem with a one size fits all program that only is meant to target the overweight student, not the average student as deemed by local governing boards.  (link)
