It would depend on the parabola.
Hopefully none except the most research minded Treepers will find this post. I’m kinda burying it on purpose….Many questions about the Trayvon Martin shooting remain to be vetted. And in actuality, the tentacles of the questions just lead to more and more questions. But just to set the record in a generally appearing Due North direction allow me to run mindlessly for a moment and fill in some blanks.
First, if you had any idea how difficult it is to maintain a research blog knowing there are persons(s) with illicit agendas (ie the opposition) reviewing every cintilla of discussion therein, you would hold a greater understanding of how much I need to bite my tongue when reviewing comments etc.
The Incredible Bread Machine, (R. W. Grant):
…… an entrepreneur named Tom Smith who ran afoul of jealous competitors and a power-seeking Justice Department. Eventually Smith appears before the judge, he asks plaintively why he has been singled out. The judge looks down on him and intones:
“In complex times the Rule of Law has proved itself deficient. We much prefer the Rule of Men, it’s vastly more efficient.”
So as a general note of caution, remember that ALL of this material is open and visible to anyone with an agenda. AND we have peeps within our midst whose sole goal it is to diminish the integrity of findings. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink…. to which you say “say no more”… Thanks.
Ask one or any of the admins about the damn MSNBC contacts for manipulative efforts in their goal to support the Scheme Team. Duh, ya’ wonder why we refuse direct contact with any party on this malicious persecution…. Think degrees of separation, and the need to be honest.
Secondly, I am not a lawyer, don’t care to be, and have never wanted to be. Not my giddy up. I have, by need, used the services of dozens of lawyers in the past and the first question I ask any of them is “do you carry malpractice insurance”? If they answer yes, I politely say good-bye, thank you, and walk out. Why? Simply because I do not view constructed legal advice made in the best interest of a client in need of insurance. If you work on behalf of your clients best interest, at all times, then you simply do not need to insure yourself against placing them in a position of risk.
Legal practices are not like taking body parts out and making an honest mistake like a doctor who slips the scalpel. Legal practices are all about intent not outcome. You cannot unintentionally make a legal mistake and place your client at risk; and if it is possible for you to do so, I for one am damned sure not to want someone of such minded ineptitude representing me.
Third, some think that there is enjoyment in all of this. Personal enjoyment. To which I say pffffftttt. I would rather use my 8′ x 6′ whiteboard to research decepticons and prog influences that will expose political agenda’s to the disinfection of sunlight. Heck, that is what we were doing and discussing for a long time way before the gun left the holster of George Zimmerman.
This is not a fight we chose. This is a fight that chose us. And now that it did we are going to see it through to the end. That end is George Zimmerman facing his own conscience, and God our Father as the sole arbiter of whether he made the right choices on February 26th.
If Ryan Julison had never intentionally lied to you, me, and his corrupt cohorts in the media willing to sell his lies, well, most of us would never have met, and that would be just fine and dandy with me. But, in for a penny – in for a pound.
So, internet research can reveal quite a bit, as you have all witnessed. But keep a very stark thing in mind. The information you have read here is more than available to any outlet with any interest in honesty in the media. Think about that. Any outlet. Left, Right or indifferent. But it stands uninvestigated. Why?
Once pondered, you will recognize why we are attached. It is the same reason some of us stood in DC March and April 2009 with signs begging the corruptocrats not to spend a trillion dollars on Hoax and Chains under the guise of necessary. It is, and was, all lies.
Again, referencing #1 above. There are many things because of visibility we cannot just discuss in the open, and THAT SUCKS. But let a few things go spoken but unexplained. Such as:
Boots on the ground reveal that something is going on between the Scheme Team and the HOA. Something, and it is annoying not to be able to find out the specifics, because in that story some major hidden agendas behind financial motives are hiding. Expose them and you expose the folks who benefit from the persecution of George Zimmerman.
Boots on the ground also reveal that W9 is a persecution witness, purchased with 40 pieces of silver (perhaps from the HOA coffers – not sure) to *cough* prove a false story line about George Zimmerman being of racist intent. Yeah, that is the single goal of W9 who I believe to be the ex of Zimmerman.
Lastly, and most certainly the most divisive issue, Mark O’Mara. Mark O’Mara is in this for Mark O’Mara…. beyond a doubt, beyond any reasonable other motivation. This is absolute just as the sun rises in the East.
Team Freedom know this, and they are semi-trapped. Will they get out? I believe yes, because without trust you have nothing…. Nothing…… Nothing. See #2 again. Is it part of an intentional railroading? Not sure. Doubtful, but that goes to intent, and intent is the most difficult of things to identify because it lies in the heart.
However, it is beyond a certainty that for specific personal gain MOM has chosen a very specific group of people to align himself with ideologically. Anything you see him doing in strong support of his client is done with leverage and pressure to force his hand.
That beyond sucks to put it frankly stated. I cannot imagine the fear of heading into the biggest battle of your life while forced to carry a paper shield, half-hearted lawyer, as your best defense, against cannon fire. (((shudder))) Knowing that the lawyer wins bigger if you lose than he does if you win. Talk about a friggin’ nightmare…. horrid.
Well hopefully not too many of the wrong peeps read this diatribe of mine. For those that do. Well, that’s the damned truth of it…..
Remember dates, dates, dates. When you see things weigh them against dates, known dates. And send emails for sensitive stuff. There are a bunch of outlines in the chamber, we just cannot pull the trigger yet because we do not want to tip-off the enemy to our position.

PATRONS WILL GET A BANG OUT OF THIS NEW CLUB
THE ORLANDO SENTINEL – Sunday, July 30, 1989
More from the club front: Another member of the bar, criminal defense attorney Mark NeJame, has opened an after-hours club in what used to be Scores sports club. The new Breakfast Club at 843 Lee Road is open from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday through Saturday and provides setups for cocktails, as well as storage for your bottles (but NeJame would rather you didn’t call it a bottle club). There’s a menu with appetizers and desserts and a $3.50 breakfast buffet.
The Breakfast Club has a large dance floor, two spacious seating areas and another large breakfast room. The club is decorated in neon and neon-bright colors for a kind of Miami look.”It’s a big-city concept,” NeJame says.”Clubs there go all night long. That doesn’t happen here – we had to go through a whole bunch of hoops to get it open.”

IN THEIR OWN WORDS – Blessings and Opportunities
Mark NeJame in the News Interview By Gary McKechnie and Nancy Howell

Then here comes John Morgan.
…He was dating a girl from Apopka whose family owned a nursery, and he sees all the business I was doing. So he says, “I can do that,” and he stole my idea. He starts bringing in his own houseplants and starts selling them! Of course, now I’m a legitimate businessman with a retail store and, of course, I’m outraged. What is this gypsy doing going around town selling plants and taking my business away?
Well, John and I were frat brothers at Alpha Tau Omega and we’re both entrepreneurs. I ask him to stop, but he tells me he is going to continue selling. So that’s when I call code enforcement and tell them he doesn’t have a peddler’s permit. They show up at John’s truck and he knows why they’re there and he whips out his peddler’s permit. Damn. So I say two can play at that game, and I call my old contacts and load up some trucks and set up on the roadside and that’s when John calls the county on me. But when they show up, I’m the one who doesn’t have a peddler’s permit. I get shut down. We’re dear friends now, but as John’s version continues to get more and more embellished over the tears, mine is still the truth.

9 John Morgan
Attorney, Political Powerbroker, Philanthropist
Age: 55
HALL OF POWER ’11
The general public may know him best as the face of Morgan & Morgan, the law firm that proclaims it’s “for the people,” but that image doesn’t fully represent Morgan’s ambitions. He is less the lawyer than the CEO of the diverse business interests he runs from his downtown office. His power is in his connections—and contributions—to political leaders in Orlando, Tallahassee, Washington, and even on Air Force One, from which President Obama recently called just to chat with Morgan. While his political profile has risen since failed U.S. Senate candidate and former Gov. Charlie Crist joined Morgan’s firm, his altruistic side remains under the radar, as he prefers. Morgan has given generously to many local charities, including $2 million he and his wife, Ultima, the other Morgan in the firm, pledged to the Second Harvest Food Bank. 2010 Rank: 20

My opinion: Team Crump trying to forget about Dee Dee. That’s why the Bondi intervention is so important to flesh out.
But you can’t make an arrest until you interview all the witnesses, Piers. Nor do you want that to happen because a speedy trial could run.
So Bondi took over the case [tampered by protecting Dee Dee even though Crump already had a statement???? [ Date March 19th {Monday}] from Dee Dee to get her to “cooperate”] to prosecute the case herself through her proxy Corey???? Even though she has no legal authority to do so.
Bondi Call to Crump in Limo BET video Part I @6:13 mislabeled with March 22 2012 ???? should be March 21 2012????
Start at @6:08 …aren’t they in New York (notice clothes and buildings and then footage after limo….same as million hoodie march (clothes))

March 27th (Piers Morgan interview)
MORGAN: Trayvon Martin’s mother speaking emotionally to Congress today. And joining me now the woman in the center of the two biggest stories in the day. The Trayvon Martin case and the Supreme Court debate over health care reform. And she is Florida attorney general, Pam Bondi, the state’s official lead plaintiff in the health care case.
Welcome, Pam Bondi. Let’s start with the Trayvon Martin case. You saw his mother there. Obviously very emotional. It’s been an appalling few weeks for her. What do you make of the debate? Not the issue of whether there was a racial element, but the issue of whether the “Stand Your Ground” law in Florida has been exposed through this case as deeply flawed.
PAM BONDI, FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL: Well, Piers, first let me tell you. I’ve spoken to Trayvon’s parents. They are amazing, sweet, kind people. My heart goes out to them. I’m actually friends with their attorneys Ben Crump and Daryl Parks. They’re wonderful lawyers who are representing them.
What my — I have no legal role as attorney general in the state of Florida. That authority is left to the state attorneys. But what I did do was I discussed with the governor the appointment of Angela Corey, a special prosecutor in Jacksonville who’s well removed from the case. She’s absolutely excellent. And the Florida Department of Law Enforcement are now involved in the case.
The reason, Piers, I can’t comment on “Stand Your Ground,” whether that applies here because there are too many unanswered questions. And, you know, that’s why the family is rightfully upset. When you have an innocent 17-year-old boy walking home with Skittles and an iced tea and he’s killed, you have to have answers, not questions. And that’s what we need in our state.
MORGAN: Yes, I mean, look, I am encouraged by what you’re saying. It’s good that a senior lawmaker in Florida is saying all this, but in the end, you know, I remain like many people absolutely bemused that somebody can shoot somebody in cold blood, an unarmed young teenager.
And so, I mean, I just think with your legal training and your legal background on what appears to be a very empathetic attitude towards this case, it might be quite powerful for the attorney general of Florida to say publicly, you know what? This guy should be arrested. He should be interviewed under caution and he should, if necessary, face charges. But he should be at stage one of the legal process of being under arrest.
BONDI: Well, what we’ve done is appoint a special prosecutor. And that’s what she’s doing. Conducting a thorough investigation because we need to get Trayvon’s girlfriend to cooperate which I don’t know if was happening previously. And they may have had good reason for that. But she’s cooperating now. And again, a thorough investigation is being done to ensure that justice is sought for that family.
But you can’t make an arrest until you interview all the witnesses, Piers. Nor do you want that to happen because a speedy trial could run. And — then that’s — we don’t want that to happen. And all I can tell you is we have a great prosecutor on the case. We have great law enforcement agencies. The Department of Justice is looking at this. And I firmly believe as you do that we need to have justice for the death of this innocent young man who was walking home to watch a basketball game with Skittles and an iced tea.
