The real story is buried inside this one, and apparently no-one noticed, or no-one cares.

Yeah, by now everyone, well, everyone who is actually interested in the truth that is, has been sharing the Reuters news article about Neighbors confirming bandages on George Zimmerman’s nose and head on the day after the confrontation with Trayvon Martin.  But that’s not the real story.
Sure, that angle is actually a righteous highlight toward exposing the insufferable manipulative “agenda” of the institutional legacy media types.  After all it is most certainly true they invested themselves quite heavily in selling the “Zimmerman Wasn’t Injured” narrative.  Even to the extent they needed to showcase fuzzy stolen police CCTV video on a 24/7 news cycle to prove beyond a reasonable doubt Zimmerman wasn’t physically hurt. Court officials issued a statement this afternoon, saying Recksiedler is  expected to recluse herself on Wednesday.  According to the Orlando Sentinel, on Wednesday  Recksiedler is expected to sign an order, surrendering control of the case  because of a conflict of interest.
On Monday, Zimmerman’s defense attorney Mark O’Mara filed paperwork asking  her to step down. Recksiedler’s husband is a partner of attorney Mark NeJame,  who’s under contract with CNN to provide analysis of this case.
She has little option but to grant the motion because of a possible conflict  of interest. Several courthouse workers said that’ll happen Wednesday.
The next judge will be one of three people, the remaining felony judges in  Seminole County. They are:

• John Galluzzo, a long-time Oviedo lawyer who’s represented several murder  defendants and been on the bench five years.
• Kenneth Lester Jr., the 15-year veteran judge who sentenced Mike Reynolds to  the death penalty for beating and stabbing a Geneva couple and their 11-year-old  child to death in 1998.
• Debra S. Nelson, a 13-year judge who was a civil litigation specialist when  she was in private practice.  (read more)

ORLANDO – Mark O’Mara said that after speaking with Zimmerman, they will ask for a new  judge now rather than weeks or months in the future.   “What I don’t want to happen is to wait a month or two then what we find  out is a potential conflict is an actual conflict,” said O’Mara.
Chief Judge Alan Dickey confirmed that a motion called “Defendent’s  Verified Motion to Disqualify Trial Judge” was filed with the Clerk of Court and  will be ruled on appropriately.

Little-Known DOJ Cell Watches Trayvon Martin Protests

(VIA WH Dossier) A largely unknown group of Justice Department officials has inserted itself into the local Florida protest movement surrounding the killing of Trayvon Martin, assisting the protestors and attending their meetings and rallies.

While the officials are tasked with preventing racial violence, it appears that in carrying out their duties, they have provided significant assistance to those protesting the killing of Martin, who black, by George Zimmerman, who is half white and half Hispanic.
The officials are members of the DOJ’s Community Relations Service, also known as “The Peacemakers,” a special unit established under the 1964 Civil Rights Act and empowered to act to mitigate local tensions between ethnic groups. (more…)

• New information of initial media report from Trayvon family attorney Benjamin Crump (March 20th) originally revealing “DeeDee” the audio witness, and describing Tracy Martin phone record discovery on Sunday March 18th.
•  George Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara requests recusal of Judge Jessica Recksiedler – Defendent’s Verified Motion to Disqualify Trial Judge

In short. This is perhaps the biggest national racial event since Rodney King. It is also shaping up to be the biggest media driven false public story since Richard Jewell. • Considerable weighted evidence of politically based motive for prosecutorial decision to charge.  Prosecutor Angela Corey in the spotlight for re-election.

Sinclair NEWS  […]  We are currently investigating claims that Orlando Attorney, CNN Legal Analyst & Commentator, and dedicated Obama supporter Mark Nejame may have actively sought to have George Zimmerman drop his initial legal team Craig Sonner and Hal Uhrig for current Attorney Mark O’Mara.
We have contacted Attorney O’Mara and asked for an interview with him and noted the claims that O’Mara took George  Zimmerman as a client in order to see to it that Zimmerman is convicted/or pleads guilty to some criminal charge in the death of Trayvon Martin. If these claims turn out to be true, such acts would be a violation of ethics but worse, would set up a possible “Lincoln Lawyer” type scenario where the defendants own attorney would be responsible for getting his client convicted.  (read more)

 

BREAKING – I will be updating the 8th installment of the ongoing Trayvon Martin discovery thread later today.  However, in the meantime my research has revealed some interesting videos which will be included in update #8 but also warrant a specific post to highlight.
In the first video (below) you witness the scene of the shooting ON THE NIGHT IN QUESTION from media reporting and you can see at :48 exactly where the body of Trayvon Martin was lying (covered in yellow tarp).   You can clearly see his body is virtually at the “T” of where the sidewalks meet.   This further supports Zimmerman’s account of being confronted by Trayvon in two ways: (more…)

It is a violation of legal prosecutorial ethics, and legal ethical standards, for a prosecutor to overcharge a case specifically with the intention of coercing the defendant to accept a lower charge plea.

Justice Requires The charge MUST ethically be based on justifiable facts.

Anyone who doubts the severe and radical political agenda(s) behind the Trayvon Martin shooting, and the subsequent State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case, is just being intellectually dishonest.   We have outlined many of the agendas HERE, and HERE, and HERE.  Other people have also recognized the agenda’s HERE.
We have even outlined the prosecutorial challenges and evidenced the over-charging of the case HERE.

Now we’ve had the time to digest the actual affidavit of Probable Cause, and weigh the State attorney statements against her filings,  we can even more clearly see the agenda behind the short-sighted, and highly political, decision of Angela Corey. (more…)

Two developments:  First, George Zimmerman has a bail bond hearing Friday April 20th before first term Judge Jessica Recksiedler (aged 39).  Additionally recent information reveals that Judge Recksiedler’s husband’s law firm, NeJame Law, declined representation for Mr. Zimmerman which might provide a potential conflict of interest.

Zimmerman’s attorney Mark O’Mara has coordinated a Bond hearing next week and the judge in the case has also requested any consideration for her removal, or recusal, be submitted at or before such hearing.   The not so surprising announcement came after O’Mara — a respected lawyer best known  for his cable TV commentary on sensational Florida trials like the Casey Anthony case — said he didn’t expect Zimmerman to be tried this year. One of the biggest challenges for President Obama, and his team’s strategy for relection, is most apparent when various fragments of the leftist base are presented with a situation which puts them in opposition to each other.

Such is the case with President Obama’s positioning regarding the Trayvon Martin case.  As an outcome to his opportunistic positioning team Obama have to balance the ideological voting base of Hispanics in conjunction to Blacks.   The advocacy against George Zimmerman has created a tenuous position for team Obama.
