WHY THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR LIED

Today a WFTV report shows some aspects of the autopsy performed on Trayvon Martin.  The autopsy reveals bruising and cuts to the hands of Trayvon Martin consistent with the statements and accounts of George Zimmerman.   It should also be noted this is the same autopsy Trayvon Family Attorney Benjamin Crump filed a previous injunction to suppress.
We have outlined the lies, falsehoods and specific manipulations by various parties associated with the false narrative.    For this update, against the backdrop of the autopsy discovery, we will revisit the lies by Trayvon Family Funeral Director Richard Kurtz, and show the agenda driven intent. ORLANDO, Fla. — George Zimmerman’s attorney  was threatened in an anonymous phone call Monday, according to Orlando Police  Department officers.
Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara received the call, officers said, while  waiting for evidence from prosecutors. The call came from a blocked number and  an unidentified man made some sort of threat, mentioning Zimmerman by name, but  officers did not elaborate further.    Officers are looking into the threat.

On Monday, O’Mara received 67 discs, a witness list and hundreds of pages  of documents in the case against his client. George Zimmerman is accused of  shooting 17-year-old Trayvon Martin to death. (more…)

Via Lee M – I’ve been analyzing the various .wav files since March 22nd. I’m no “audio expert” but I do have 39 years of audio mixing experience (broadcast, et. al.). Even if GZ said “punks” I hear “cold” with an odd sibilance tacked on.
I also hear what sound like puddle splashing shortly after he exits his vehicle, just before “it’s f’ing cold” (or projecting anger at “those f’ing punks” for making him step in a
puddle?).  After that he walks at a moderate pace to a dog waste disposal unit at the T in the walkways and taps something – a shoe, a flashlight – against it. He stays at that point until the call completes at 4:04  (his line disconnects after which there are a few seconds of line hum at the distant end where the call is recorded).

TM appears to circle the truck. GZ is heard twisting in his seat ostensibly to observe TM as he makes the first pass by the driver side.   Eight seconds later I hear footsteps – albeit ones that sound like harder soled shoes – in the background. A counterclockwise walk around the truck would place TM back at the driver side about 8 seconds after
GZ is heard turning in his seat. (more…)

The basic premise for a federal “hate crime” charge against George Zimmerman would be proof that the reason for his approaching Trayvon Martin was specifically and intentionally due to his race.    However, how can a black male, which, by definition George Zimmerman is, be charged with a race crime against another black male?
If President Obama is black then George Zimmerman is black.
George Zimmerman’s Grandparents were black, his mother was black, and there is multiple racial ancestry within his family.   So does Eric Holder actually propose to be the first Attorney General in the history of Hate Crime Legislation who is going to charge a hate crime regardless of ethnicity, when the very definition of “hate crime” is dependent on ethnicity?    If so, there are a bunch of Chicago murders now eligible for Federal Hate Crime legislation.     This is ridiculous.   Implausible, insufferable, and ridiculous.
SANFORD, Fla. —  WFTV has learned charges against George Zimmerman could be getting more serious.  State prosecutors said Zimmerman, a neighborhood watchman, profiled and stalked 17-year-old Trayvon Martin before killing him, so the FBI is now looking into charging him with a hate crime. (more…)

The New Jersey forensics expert is more than likely the discredited “audio-expert“, Tom Owen, who the Orlando Sentinel used to advance the narrative on the 911 audio.  As of this update the Florida Courts website still had not added any new discovery information to their overview.    Rene Stutzman and Jeff Weiner provide the latest update from the Sentinel:

HatTip ‘pjrpjp’  SANFORD – As the world eagerly awaits the release of never-before-seen evidence in the case against George Zimmerman, employees for Special Prosecutor Angela Corey late this afternoon provided a preview in the form of an eight-page document.
The paperwork, filed with the Seminole County clerk as closing time approached, listed several witnesses the state plans to call and identified several pieces of the evidence prosecutors expect to use in their second-degree murder case against Zimmerman.

Most names were redacted from the document, but six civilian witnesses were listed: Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin — parents of the alleged victim, Trayvon Martin — as well as Trayvon’s brother, Jahvarius Fulton; Zimmerman’s neighbor, Frank Taaffe; his friend, Joe Oliver; and his father, Robert Zimmerman. The media positioning in the Trayvon™ Martin v. George Zimmerman case is in full skulk-like retreat mode.   They are quietly trying to distance themselves from the original narrative they sold to the consuming public.
Readers, and those who have followed this story, have an important decision to make.  Are you willing to allow the media to backtrack without any consequential accountability for the damage they have caused?
It is an interesting exercise to look back at the original framing to see how the construct of a false narrative was intentionally injected into the media stream.   As this entire narrative played out we have kept a close eye on the key strategists responsible for the false storyline and it is worthwhile to revisit and reconsider, knowing now what you did not know then.    Two examples of initially toxic and dangerous media framing come immediately to mind. Kansas City Star Report – Sybrina Fulton, TrayMom™,  who has worked at the Miami-Dade County housing authority for 23 years, collected $40,825 worth of donated vacation time, county records show. The paid time off is in addition to the nearly $100,000 the family raised on wepay.com and at rallies, which will be used to launch a criminal justice advocacy foundation in Trayvon’s name.
The donated days are the latest in a mounting fortune in contributions that have amassed on both sides of the controversial case. With websites dedicated to the grieving parents of Trayvon Martin as well as for the man who killed him, and now even his attorney, funds gathered in the wake of the Feb. 26 tragedy promise to reach half a million dollars.   Donors continue to reach into their pockets, even as each side criticizes the other’s purpose and intent in seeking donations. HatTip DiwataMan –  SANFORD, Fla. — George Zimmerman’s attorney said Friday that he is preparing to receive 5,000 pages of critical evidence in the Trayvon Martin shooting investigation.   Even before that happens sometime by Monday, Mark O’Mara said he will file a motion to delay for at least a week that information being made public.

The evidence is said to include Martin’s autopsy report and statements from key witnesses. O’Mara said he wants time to make sure the witnesses are protected, and he wants to challenge material he said he believes shouldn’t be made public.

 “I’m going to ask the judge to let us hold it until we have a chance to view all of it,” O’Mara said.

O’Mara said prosecutors will share the evidence Monday from which they’re building a second-degree murder case against Zimmerman. He will file a motion asking for at least a week to see if some of the material should be thrown out. (more…)

(Via Orlando Sentinel) George Zimmerman‘s lawyer expects to get his first look at the evidence against his client Monday.   The rest of us will not.  Special Prosecutor Angela Corey’s office announced late Friday afternoon that it will not release the information to the public on Monday.
Florida’s public records law allows government agencies a reasonable amount of time to provide records, once they’re requested. It does not define what a reasonable amount of time is, and Corey spokeswoman Jackelyn Barnard said she was not sure when the evidence might be released to those requesting it.

Her office, she said, is not intentionally trying to hide the evidence from the media and public. (more…)
