SANFORD, Fla. – The Sanford City Commission has voted to deny the resignation on Monday of Police Chief Bill Lee Jr., who temporarily stepped down from his position in connection to the Trayvon Martin shooting.
Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett called the special hour-long meeting with city commissioners Monday afternoon. Commissioners voted 3-2 against the resolution, with Triplett and Commissioners Patty Mahany and Randy Jones voting against it. The resolution would have allowed City Manager Norton Bonaparte to execute the separation agreement for Lee. Under the agreement, Lee would have resigned from his post, effective at midnight.
“In light of the vote, Chief Lee will remain on paid administrative leave while an investigation continues into the handling of the Trayvon Martin case by the Sanford Police Department,” Bonaparte said. Captain Darren Scott will remain as Acting Police Chief. (more)
ORLANDO, Fla. — The police chief in the city where Trayvon Martin was shot will permanently step down from his post under an agreement that still must be approved Monday by city officials.

Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee had temporarily stepped aside as chief March 22 after enduring strong criticism over his department’s handling of the Martin case. Police did not initially charge 28-year-old George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer who claimed he shot the 17-year-old Martin in self-defense. Prosecutors later charged Zimmerman with second-degree murder. (more…)

From the very beginning of this now national story I have retained the same gut feeling. Initially the media rush to judgement reminded me of their 1996 attacks against Richard Jewell. Jewell was targeted by the media as a result of an FBI leak to the Atlanta Journal Constitution ambiguously claiming he was a “person of interest” in the Olympic Park bombing.
Jewell, a security guard, discovered the bomb and evacuated the park saving countless lives, but the media took Jewell from hero to villain in days. He fit their “profile”. NBC, CNN, CBS and the Atlanta Journal Constitution along with the New York Times and New York Post were ridiculous in their advancement of the guilty narrative. NBC anchor Tom Brokaw said on live TV:
“The speculation is that the FBI is close to making the case. They probably have enough to arrest him right now, probably enough to prosecute him, but you always want to have enough to convict him as well. There are still some holes in this case”.
Jewell had nothing to do with the bombing, nothing. Eric Rudolph was eventually arrested, charged, and pled guilty. However, by that time the damage was done. Even though Jewell had nothing to do with the bombing his life was destroyed. (more…)

Let there be no doubt the blood of every person killed, injured, attacked or hurt because of the incessent drum beat of hate from the professional race baiting class, and the complicit institutional legacy media, is on their hands.
The legacy media has sold as truth an explosive false narrative created by Benjamin Crump, Daryl Parks and the Sharpton, Jackson, Jealous crew: (more…)
HatTip and Photo Credits – ItsMichaelNotMike – SANFORD, Fla. (AP) — In an unusually low-key turn to a high-profile case, George Zimmerman was released without incident around midnight Sunday from a Florida county jail on $150,000 bail as he awaits his second-degree murder trial for fatally shooting Trayvon Martin.

The neighborhood watch volunteer was wearing a brown jacket and blue jeans and carrying a paper bag. He walked out following another man and didn’t look over at photographers gathered outside. He then followed the man into a white BMW vehicle and drove away. (more…)

The March 19th “ABC exclusive” expose’ story regarding the phone records found by Tracy Martin, and subsequently the mysteriously scripted “DeeDee” phone call/non-interview talking points, which aired on ABC News appears to have been staged, contrived and made up by Trayvon Martin Family Attorney Benjamin Crump. Willfully and intentionally sold without question by ABC reporter Matt Gutman.

Trayvon’s phone logs, also obtained exclusively by ABC News, show the conversation occurred five minutes before police first arrived on the scene. Crump said the girl’s identity was being withheld because “her parents are gravely concerned about her health and her safety.” Her parents asked that only an attorney be allowed to ask her questions.
Martin’s father, Tracey Martin, and mother, Sybrina Fulton, listened to the call, along with ABC News Matt Gutman. (article)
ABC has been the benefactor of multiple exclusives throughout the Trayvon Martin shooting case against George Zimmerman. They were the first outlet to release the footage of George Zimmerman being brought into the police station the night of 2/26; and it was ABC’s intended narrative to portray the footage as NOT showing injuries to Zimmerman’s head. Yesterday we shared through discovery of DeeDee that Trayvon family attorney Benjamin Crump had specifically and intentionally created media evidence because he needed to contrive the conditions for an arrest.
See Update #9 and Update #10 (part 1) and Update #10 (part 2) and again we note in the interest of readership digestibility you cannot just read what is presented here in update #11 without the historical references and citations to lay the base work.
In update #10 (both parts) we specifically deconstructed 80% of the false media evidence contrived by Trayvon family attorney Benjamin Crump. We outlined the exact relationship with/between Trayvon’s girlfriend (Crumps definition) named DeeDee, and the specific falsehoods he purported to the media as evidenced facts.

As an outcome of a specific and intentional media strategy, when faced with the reality of there being no substantive evidence to dispute George Zimmerman’s framing of events, the case against Zimmerman did not warrant an arrest. (more…)

To paraphrase Winston Churchill:
Benjamin Crump created a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma; but perhaps there is a key. That key is TRUTH.

FLORIDA – 39 year old Judge Jessica Recksiedler recused herself from the second-degree murder trial of George Zimmerman — the 28-year-old admitted killer of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin — on Wednesday after Zimmerman’s lawyer brought up a potential conflict of interest related to the professional career of her husband, according to Michelle Kennedy, a spokeswoman for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida.

“Circuit Judge Jessica Recksiedler has executed an order disqualifying herself from further proceedings in the State of Florida v. George Zimmerman. In the three-page Order dated April 18, 2012, Judge Recksiedler made findings that each basis, in and of itself, were ‘legally insufficient’ for disqualification,” Kenned wrote in a Wednesday afternoon email. “In addition, the Order further states ‘[e]ven though this Court finds that neither of these, standing alone, is legally sufficient for disqualification, the cumulative effect of the events and the totality of the circumstances provides a legally sufficient basis for this Court to grant the Motion to Disqualify.'” […] (more…)
The real story is buried inside this one, and apparently no-one noticed, or no-one cares.
Yeah, by now everyone, well, everyone who is actually interested in the truth that is, has been sharing the Reuters news article about Neighbors confirming bandages on George Zimmerman’s nose and head on the day after the confrontation with Trayvon Martin. But that’s not the real story.
Sure, that angle is actually a righteous highlight toward exposing the insufferable manipulative “agenda” of the institutional legacy media types. After all it is most certainly true they invested themselves quite heavily in selling the “Zimmerman Wasn’t Injured” narrative. Even to the extent they needed to showcase fuzzy stolen police CCTV video on a 24/7 news cycle to prove beyond a reasonable doubt Zimmerman wasn’t physically hurt. (more…)

Court officials issued a statement this afternoon, saying Recksiedler is expected to recluse herself on Wednesday. According to the Orlando Sentinel, on Wednesday Recksiedler is expected to sign an order, surrendering control of the case because of a conflict of interest.
On Monday, Zimmerman’s defense attorney Mark O’Mara filed paperwork asking her to step down. Recksiedler’s husband is a partner of attorney Mark NeJame, who’s under contract with CNN to provide analysis of this case.
She has little option but to grant the motion because of a possible conflict of interest. Several courthouse workers said that’ll happen Wednesday.
The next judge will be one of three people, the remaining felony judges in Seminole County. They are:
- John Galluzzo, a long-time Oviedo lawyer who’s represented several murder defendants and been on the bench five years.
- Kenneth Lester Jr., the 15-year veteran judge who sentenced Mike Reynolds to the death penalty for beating and stabbing a Geneva couple and their 11-year-old child to death in 1998.
- Debra S. Nelson, a 13-year judge who was a civil litigation specialist when she was in private practice. (read more)
ORLANDO – Mark O’Mara said that after speaking with Zimmerman, they will ask for a new judge now rather than weeks or months in the future. “What I don’t want to happen is to wait a month or two then what we find out is a potential conflict is an actual conflict,” said O’Mara.
Chief Judge Alan Dickey confirmed that a motion called “Defendent’s Verified Motion to Disqualify Trial Judge” was filed with the Clerk of Court and will be ruled on appropriately.

Judge Jessica Recksiedler announced on Friday a potential conflict in the case. Recksiedler said her husband works Mark NeJame. (more…)
