To answer some questions people are carrying about the anticipated “next steps” one must understand the “immunity defense” as it pertains to the scheduled “arraignment hearing”.

In Florida a person claiming “self-defense” is provided an immunity hearing.  Generally the immunity hearing is just prior to the arraignment hearing, usually on the same date, just a little earlier in the day.  In essence it is connected to the arraignment and presented as a defense motion to the judge just prior to the prosecution arraignment.   Not generally a different day or separate hearing as some are led to believe; Although it could be in this case, but highly doubtful. SANFORD, Fla. –  The Sanford City Commission has voted to deny the resignation on Monday of Police Chief Bill Lee Jr., who temporarily stepped down from his position in connection to the Trayvon Martin shooting.
Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett called the special hour-long meeting with city commissioners Monday afternoon. Commissioners voted 3-2 against the resolution, with Triplett and Commissioners Patty Mahany and Randy Jones voting against it. The resolution would have allowed City Manager Norton Bonaparte to execute the separation agreement for Lee. Under the agreement, Lee would have resigned from his post, effective at midnight.
“In light of the vote, Chief Lee will remain on paid administrative leave while an investigation continues into the handling of the Trayvon Martin case by the Sanford Police Department,” Bonaparte said. Captain Darren Scott will remain as Acting Police Chief. (more)
ORLANDO, Fla. — The police chief in the city where Trayvon Martin was shot will permanently step down from his post under an agreement that still must be approved Monday by city officials.

Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee had temporarily stepped aside as chief March 22 after enduring strong criticism over his department’s handling of the Martin case. Police did not initially charge 28-year-old George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer who claimed he shot the 17-year-old Martin in self-defense. Yesterday we shared through discovery of DeeDee that Trayvon family attorney Benjamin Crump had specifically and intentionally created media evidence because he needed to contrive the conditions for an arrest.
See Update #9 and Update #10 (part 1) and Update #10 (part 2) and again we note in the interest of readership digestibility you cannot just read what is presented here in update #11 without the historical references and citations to lay the base work.
In update #10 (both parts) we specifically deconstructed 80% of the false media evidence contrived by Trayvon family attorney Benjamin Crump. We outlined the exact relationship with/between Trayvon’s girlfriend (Crumps definition) named DeeDee, and the specific falsehoods he purported to the media as evidenced facts.

As an outcome of a specific and intentional media strategy, when faced with the reality of there being no substantive evidence to dispute George Zimmerman’s framing of events, the case against Zimmerman did not warrant an arrest. (more…)

The President’s re-election strategy is specifically designed, and subsequently dependent on micro-targeting various ideological elements within the electorate.   Indeed Team Obama seems to enjoy creating little boxes of self-interested and hyphenated constituencies.   For today’s example we present ‘Latino’s For Obama’.

This is not about diversity, this is all about control.   Think about how you apply  community organizing skills, and the subsequent ideological mindset, to the strategic control of a nation. 
In a smaller populous, or geography, the self-interested agenda is the actual reason for organizing.   Bottom up representation.

What you are about to read is part one of a two-part update. As of this writing we are very close to revealing shocking information that will lead to a remarkable new understanding of this entire event. What you are reading today is background information needed to fully comprehend the complete measure of how this horrific shooting was turned from an unfortunate and horrible event into a full-blown Tawana Brawley type media circus.

Many side questions that followers of this story have carried could  be resolved in the information below.  But the real tragedy, the intentional manipulation of the event, will be revealed tomorrow. So let us first re-establish the known truths, before we reveal the jaw dropping revelations that will outline the unfortunate, but intentional, hijacking of Trayvon’s death at the hands of agenda driven interests.
From the outset our search has been for the truth. We believe we have honestly outlined that truth, and we are now within reach of possessing evidence to prove that truth and lies yet to be revealed. 
However prudence dictates caution and we are still waiting on a few confirmations before a conclusion can be honestly outlined. It is my expectation that update #10 Part-two will be the final update on substance. What happens beyond that point will lay squarely with authorities and the legal system.

• New information of initial media report from Trayvon family attorney Benjamin Crump (March 20th) originally revealing “DeeDee” the audio witness, and describing Tracy Martin phone record discovery on Sunday March 18th.
•  George Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara requests recusal of Judge Jessica Recksiedler – Defendent’s Verified Motion to Disqualify Trial Judge

Sinclair NEWS  […]  We are currently investigating claims that Orlando Attorney, CNN Legal Analyst & Commentator, and dedicated Obama supporter Mark Nejame may have actively sought to have George Zimmerman drop his initial legal team Craig Sonner and Hal Uhrig for current Attorney Mark O’Mara.
We have contacted Attorney O’Mara and asked for an interview with him and noted the claims that O’Mara took George  Zimmerman as a client in order to see to it that Zimmerman is convicted/or pleads guilty to some criminal charge in the death of Trayvon Martin. If these claims turn out to be true, such acts would be a violation of ethics but worse, would set up a possible “Lincoln Lawyer” type scenario where the defendants own attorney would be responsible for getting his client convicted.  (read more)
