Consider this an ongoing experiment that you will have exclusive front row seats to watch fall apart.   Generally we prefer to just watch things play out, and wait to the end to share the story.   But this one is different, and so far 22 days in, the Prog-Marxist refusal to name or confront the problem is getting, well, predictibly interesting.   Here is the backstory:

New York City spent $50 million to re-open a huge public pool on June 28th. In less than a month there have been at least four major mob attacks. The pool also experiences daily violence and chronic problems with patrons defecating in the pool.

One of the latest mob attacks was a racially motivated assault of a thirteen year old white girl by older black teens.   The perps gloated on the internet about the crime, (story and video below) so we know they were all black.   However, the New York media is desperately censoring the race of the perpetrators in all of the pool mob attacks, and McCarren Park issues.     Typical Cultural Marxism in Prog-Central New York City. There are many administration claims that I shake my head when I hear, but this one is perhaps the worst.   It is a complete and utter fallacy to proclaim President Obama’s foreign policy has been even remotely successful.   This is just freestyle off the top of my head, but consider: 

Iran has slaughtered the freedom movement; is now almost in possession of a nuclear weapon, and is now in possession of Top Secret drone technology.   China is test launching ICBM’s from the coastal area of Los Angeles and has formed an alliance with Russia and Euro-asia, not to mention contracts with Canada for energy resources.   Vladimir Putin openly mocks and belittles President Obama in front of Global Allies.    Al-Qaeda is surging in the middle east: Yemen is gone, Egypt is under the control of the Muslim Brotherhood, Libya is controlled by radical Islamists and the al-Qaeda flag flies atop the courthouses in Tripoli and Benghazi.   North Africa is in terroristic turmoil.   Israel is isolated.   Turkey has done a 180 degree turn back to radical Islam.  al shabbab has sent operatives from North Africa into the United States via Mexico.   Obama mocks Netanyahu openly in France to Sarkozy, and France coincidently elects a Socialist.    North Korea is test firing Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles, and has openly engaged heavy artillery fire against South Korea our ally, who we just signed a trade agreement with.  Coptic Christians are being killed in Egypt.   Afghanistan’s President calls our troops on their soil the scourge upon their nation.  Pakistan has become openly hostile to the West and radical Islamists now make decisions.  Chile and Brazil are drilling in the Gulf of Mexico while we refuse to explore and actually ban our own U.S interest companies to drill.   The EU has openly laughed in the face of Timothy Geithner as he attempted to influence European budget reform.  Thousands of tons of chemical and biological weapons are missing from Egypt, Libya and Syria.  At least 20,000 surface to air missiles are now in the hands of AQNA and AQAP.    300 US Marines were sent to Uganda to capture “General Kony” of the Lords Resistance Army, for what? – um, err, FAIL.  I could go on……. but  I think you get the point….. 

WASHINGTON DC – President Obama trumpeted his foreign policy record on Monday, telling a convention of veterans that his administration has spearheaded a “new era of American leadership” that has made the U.S. “safer and stronger and more respected in the world.” (more…)

Clarifying the Defense Fund Issues  – Defenders of  George Zimmerman and his family (Team Freedom) have split based on their opinion of Mark O’Mara.

On one side it seems there are folks holding strong regard for the job O’Mara is doing.  And yes, I will concede their refusal to at least admit the mistakes under the auspices of infallible belief in O’Mara’s skill set has been considerably annoying to me personally.   It just seems intellectually dishonest at the most absurd levels.
On the other side people are not feeling so good about O’Mara, because they view the input/outcome equation as the primary tool for evaluating performance.   Does his representation, and the actual known actions he has taken, help or hurt George Zimmerman?
In my opinion O’Mara has substantively hurt his client, so I guess you would consider me in group #2.    Consequently I turned my personal research into “why” has he compromised his client, and why does he continue to do so?   I wanted to know his “motivation” for compromise per se’ and in doing so can that help identify intent.
I guess if you hold opinion that O’Mara has not compromised his client, then this research is not valuable to you and you just might as well quit reading right here. (more…)

Predictions:  Tick Tock, Tick Tock

Lester will quit the case – The underlying biased witness #9 (Meza-Johnson) nonsense  was just the icing on the cake filled with bias.  Besides he is still taking judicial action even after a motion to recuse has been filed.    He is lining up his ducks, headed out, before he has to deal with a few issues stemming from his Fraternity Brother, Mark O’Mara.

Crazy Cousin Cristine issues will go nowhere:  They can’t, she’s not stable, and the entire thing is a joke on the media at this point.  Benjamin Crump swung for the fence he over promised #9 and waaaaaaaay  under delivered about a #2.    ***** Whiff *****  If he runs the bases on a strike-out he’ll look silly.  There is no “There” there….

But the biggie is the exposure of Mark O’Mara to big legal issues.   As Ad rem has outlined, it  is looking more and more like O’Mara knew about the defense fund money prior to the bond hearing.   And, if push comes to shove, the potential exists for witnesses to be brought forth to give testimony under oath of prior conversations about that defense fund.   Who knew what, where, and most importantly, when?
From what can be unearthed and understood within the “Orlando Courthouse Club”, apparently there is somewhat of an unwritten rule in the profession about shaping money, or ignoring ‘found money’, until after indigent filing;   and it’s done on purpose. (more…)

According to phone call #30 made by George Zimmerman while in jail, his attorney Mark O’Mara was aware that he had at least $37K on tap prior to his bond hearing.  Twice he mentions telling O’Mara about the money.  Here’s the entire call #30 made on 4/14/2012 between George Zimmerman and his friend Scott.  Only the ringtones have been redacted.

Today Pantsuits Clinton was pelted with tomatoes as she and her security/military escort were driving through Cairo, Egypt.   The Legacy Media lies about the intention of the protesters to protect the President Obama Regime.   Not on our watch.   Let us set the record straight in defense of honesty, intellectual honesty, and Freedom principles.

Hillary was part of, and facilitator for, President Obama’s overriding desire to eliminate the Beacon of Freedom and American influence abroad.   President Obama sat on his hands and watched the slaughter of The Green Party in Iraq (Feb 2010) because his ideological make-up is, as it has always been, for governmental control over the lives of people.   President Obama and his Prog-policies are antithetical to freedom principles.
So in February 2011 when the Arab spring spread from Tunisia to Egypt, it was President Obama and his cohorts against freedom aka: Cass Sunstein, Samantha Powers, Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett and Pantsuits Hillary, who specifically and intentionally sat on their hands to empower the anti-freedom sharia extremists to take up positioning to corrupt the cries for Freedom – It worked.
