An intelligence source on the ground in Libya told Fox News that there was no demonstration outside the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi prior to last week’s attack — challenging the Obama administration’s claims that the assault grew out of a “spontaneous” protest against an anti-Islam film.

“There was no protest and the attacks were not spontaneous,” the source said, adding the attack “was planned and had nothing to do with the movie.”

The source said the assault came with no warning at about 9:35 p.m. local time, and included fire from more than two locations. The assault included RPG’s and mortar fire, the source said, and consisted of two waves. (more…)

You might be, like many, a little confused about the Benghazi assassination of US Ambassador Christopher Stevens regarding his killers and who they are.   Confusion is quite understandable given the apparent media pointing in all different directions simultaneously.  Perhaps we can clarify a little.

The media sold a false narrative beginning in Feb/March/April 2011 and continuing up to last week.   They sold a story, a fabricated wishful thinking story, of moderate democracy on the rise in Egypt first, and then Libya later.

All subsequent media analysis runs through this filter first, and anything which does not align with the baseline of their narrative is dispatached because it just doesn’t fit their construct; nor do the current facts reconcile against prior media assertions.   Hence, they are pointing in all directions simultaneously.

So let us reset, pause, focus on TRUTH and honestly explain for discussion. (more…)

In this video you can see the outcome of the gunfight at the safehouse in the Benghazi US Consulate.    We will share again who we feel confident we can identify as specific suspects in this assassination.   A few things to note:

Watch closely the men going in and out of the window.   Pay less attention to the ones talking/shouting, and more attention to the quiet ones.

This was a well carried out, well planned, thoughtful assassination.

CNN Reporting –  3 Days Warning:  Three days before the deadly assault on the United States consulate in Libya, a local security official says he met with American diplomats in the city and warned them about deteriorating security.

Jamal Mabrouk, a member of the February 17th Brigade, told CNN that he and a battalion commander had a meeting about the economy and security.  He said they told the diplomats that the security situation wasn’t good for international business.

“The situation is frightening, it scares us,” Mabrouk said they told the U.S. officials. He did not say how they responded.  (more)

To fully comprehend how utterly inept the Obama Administration’s foreign policy is it is always better to reference prior behavior. Think back to the beginning of the Arab Spring – Think back to Hillary Clinton saying one thing, and President Obama stating the complete opposite (Egypt/Mubarak). Think back to 11 days of AWOL Obama in Libya when Gaddafi was pushing back against his countries uprising and Obama was silent. Think back to Hillary Clinton saying the state department does not know “who the rebels actually are” in Benghazi.

Think back to UN Ambassador Susan Rice travelling to South Africa for a global warming weekend class/discussion while the United Nations Security Council met to discuss Libya during the crisis. Yeah, that’s right we had no-one there representing us, or our opinion, AT THE UN SECURITY COUNCIL MEETING to discuss how to deal with Gaddafi and Libya.   Instead, at the president’s specific instructions, Ambassador Rice was discussing “Cow Farts”, true, no joke. WASHINGTON – The State Department told reporters Friday afternoon that it won’t answer any more questions about the Sept. 11 attack on the consulate in Benghazi that killed four Americans until the investigation into the incident is complete.

“…a movie did it… a movie did it, quick, hide…. a movie did it”…

“I’m going to frustrate all of you, infinitely, by telling you that now that we have an open FBI investigation on the death of these four Americans, we are not going to be in a position to talk at all about what the U.S. government may or may not be learning about how any of this this happened — not who they were, not how it happened, not what happened to Ambassador Stevens, not any of it — until the Justice Department is ready to talk about the investigation that’s its got,” State Department spokeswoman Victorian Nuland told reporters late Friday afternoon. The first action President Obama took to create the mess was his specific and intentional refusal to support the Iranian freedom movement “Green Party” in February 2009; the second was the follow-up Cairo speech.   It all went downhill from there.

The broader Middle-East was, and is, a Zoo where the “big cats” were only stopped from eating the public passers-through – by the cages built by the dictators (Zookeepers).

The June 2009 Cairo speech by President Obama was the second indication of “new American intent”, and a laissez-faire perspective of indifference, to the rabid Islamist ideologues in the Middle East.   The brutal hate mongering wing of the Islamists (jihadists, al-Qaeda, Muslim Brotherhood, extremists in all forms et al) were only held in check by the brute, albeit gruesome at times, strength and whip of the zookeepers.

It may be true the murdering extremists are only a small faction, a sub-set, of the greater islamic zoo; but they are the top of the food chain, and if not kept in check it was obvious for decades they would willingly destroy their surroundings and then seek more turf. (more…)

Could there be  a more visible example of the insufferable ineptitude of President Barack Obama.    In the same city, Cairo – Egypt, where President Obama delivered his first international “big stage” apology speech, the U.S. Embassy comes under attack.   One embassy official killed, the US compound compromised, the Stars and Stripes torn to shreds and the flag of al-Qaeda hoisted in triumphant declaration.

Of course the legacy media call the al-Qaeda flag an “islamic symbol”, instead of just telling the truth.   (Coincidently, the same flag hoisted ceremoniously atop the courthouse in Benghazi Libya, once we helped “the rebels”, aka: al-Qaeda, kill Kadaffi).

What does the US State Department do?  Why apologize to the radical Islamists of course.

Then the White House retracts the apology….  Then the State Department reiterates the apology the White House just retracted.   Go Figure…. well, maybe not, actually just more visible Obambulation. (more…)
