Oh my, this is much more than a little humorous.   After two futile years wasted on Public Relations Campaigning in an attempt to convince people Obamacare is wonderful; the White House, and President Obama’s administration, turns to the one man who can help them.  They call upon ‘Resist We Much’ for help.   Yikes, things must really be bleak.   I can picture his advocacy speech now:

Upon the time when health is important, it is up to us finding possibility for amocacy in the community;  For challenge beyond our time is most certain and important.  Our enemas are in need, so with much need our President is commenting.
Our goal is finding reason to begin without any emergency to reach it, for our nation is dependent on us challenging what we do not know, and changing the minds of knowledge.

Let there be no doubt the decision to charge George Zimmerman with 2nd Degree Murder is a political decision first, and a legal decision second.

The Politics

There will no doubt be those who would naively state politics was not part of the legal consideration and decision.   That is a ridiculously disingenuous position.   Angela Corey is an ELECTED official.  Get that.  ELECTED.   So yes politics are inherently woven into the decisions of highly public cases.   Politics, and the politicians who engage in it, are tied at the hip to being swayed by public opinion.   It doesn’t matter the legal profession of the politician, they are a politician first and a lawyer second.

Oh hellz yeah…  Eric Holder should be thanking Reverend Sharpton for distracting everyone away from all that ‘Fast n Furious’ stuff. 
CNS NEWS – Attorney General Eric Holder praised left-wing activist Rev. Al Sharpton at the opening of the National Action Network (NAN) convention on Wednesday, and also stressed that the Justice Department is conducting a thorough investigation of the fatal Trayvon Martin shooting that “will examine the facts and the law.”

At the opening of NAN’s 14th annual convention in Washington, D.C., the attorney general first thanked CNN’s Rev. Sharpton “for your partnership, your friendship, and your tireless efforts to speak out for the voiceless, to stand up for the powerless, and to shine a light on the problems we must solve, and the promises we must fulfill.”  (read more)

The Congressional Black Caucus will do everything within their power to guarantee Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton a payday.  They will engage the same political resources they exploited with Pigford.   This is all about getting some Obamabucks, albeit through the exploitative use of civil lawsuits to reward the opportunism.  
The CBC will circle the wagons and support Martin/Fulton until it is no longer politically advantageous to do so.  It’s all about the money.
Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.) on Tuesday will convene a meeting of her Commission on Black Men and Boys in Washington to discuss “Lessons from the Life and Death of Trayvon Martin.”

The commission, which Norton founded several years ago, will hear from four witnesses and attempt to pull together lessons from Martin’s February shooting, which has prompted a wave of criticism that his shooter, George Zimmerman, has yet to be arrested. Authorities in Florida say Zimmerman claimed Martin’s death was an act of self-defense. (more…)

Allow me to expand….
Let there be no doubt that “racial division” is a strategic election approach being instituted intentionally by team Obama.  In the same way the institutional race-baiting statists of Sharpton, Jackson and Jealous are dependent on division so too is the specific intent of President Obama’s re-election narrative.

“Categories of being”, or “boxes of distinction”, are critical to the advancement of a divided and, according to the goal, motivated electorate.  Women, minorities, Hispanics, blacks, class warfare and haves vs. have-nots are central components of a micro-managed election process.
Many professional talking heads look historically at the success of Karl Rove and Lee Atwater in dissecting the electorate using methodical drill down statistical analysis in his district-by-district presidential map.  Atwater and Rove became masters of using emotional wedge issues to drive electoral success.   However, the team Obama crew have taken that approach to new levels of divisive anxiety. WASHINGTON – President Obama is undermining the rule of law. On Monday, he openly attacked the Supreme Court. He fears that the high court will overturn Obamacare. It is the president’s signature domestic achievement – the jewel in his socialist crown. To repeal parts or all of it would be a humiliating repudiation. Hence, Mr. Obama is resorting to bullying.

“I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress,” he said. (more…)
