There are so many self-serving parties and affiliations within the Trayvon Martin shooting it is almost impossible to describe them all, and from the outset of our research and analysis of this now national case we have remained consistent with our approach.

We try diligently to present the information as it appears, to the best of our ability, without placing ourselves as a filter for the information.   We present the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of it all; and there is much ugliness as a direct outcome of money and financial positioning.

When approached by Ryan Julison we refused to be a part of the filtration system instead offering our site as a direct host for his perspective unedited.   To insure the absence of our perspective of his position bleeding into the narrative we asserted that we would not narrate his story, we would present it exactly as he presents.   He declined.  That approach is not within his paradigm.

There is enough filtering, and skewering/twisting of information; that approach is not within our mission statement. (more…)

The appellate court has agreed with defense attorney Mark O’Mara, and the accused George Zimmerman, that Judge Kenneth Lester is prejudiced in his rulings against Zimmerman and that George Zimmerman has reason to believe he is unable to receive a fair trial.   Subsequently Ken Lester has been removed.

*Note* Alicia Martin is Tracy Martin’s wife. Currently they are going through a divorce rumored to be because of Tracy’s two year live-in relationship with his girlfriend Brandi Green who lives at the sub-division where Trayvon was shot. Trayvon was staying with Brandi and Tracy, and Brandi’s son, Chad, at the time of the shooting.

The subject of today’s Kelly’s Court was O’mara’s recent decision to seek a dismissal of the case based on a traditional self-defense argument and NOT the state’s “stand your ground” statue.  Brilliant move to avoid laying out all the evidence before this judge?

The website managed by the Mark O’Mara Law Firm confirms the defense strategy will include preparing for a “Stand Your Ground” (SYG) hearing.

The transparency of this intent is brutally obvious.  Pro-Marabots will find some altruistic meaning… the truthseekers will see this as self-serving, opportunistic and financially beneficial….

George Zimmerman’s Lawyer To Speak At Gun Rights Conference –  If you were on George Zimmerman’s  defense team, wouldn’t you want to stay away from people who celebrate gun possession at least until after your client’s trial given the fact that Zimmerman is regarded by many people as trigger-happy, reckless, and remorseless?

On the other hand, maybe you do want to associate with gun fanatics because Zimmerman is trigger-happy, reckless, and remorseless? Zimmerman’s lawyer Mark O’Mara is slated to speak at a Gun Rights conference in Orlando, FL., according to an invitation from the organizers. Frances Robles has become is the most pathetic excuse for a one-hit-wonder journalist.  With only one storyline to occupy her time, she spent dozens of hours putting this article about “Bloggers and Trayvon Martin Case” together. 

There is even a petition to see her dispatched to the land of irrelevence. 

Read her latest diatribe, and ask yourself a question.  

What value does this have to a reader?   Other than page/space filler what is it about, and who actually would invest the time to write about, what, exactly? 

It sure would be nice to see this much effort or energy in, say, well, Lake Mary Florida, for a few days talking to “actual people” about, one of Robles’ most, well, recent propaganda accusations.  

My hat is off to all the folks who refused her contact requests, and I know there are many TreeHouse visitors on that list.   And to those website operators who willingly participated in her sophomoric attempt at journalism, you should be ashamed.   Here is a portion of her scribble, or you can GO HERE for the whole crayon:

He is joined on the Internet by Dave Turner, an Illinois man who had his sons yell in the dark from a distance of 30 feet to see whether he could tell which one cried for help.

Both men are often guided by the work of “Tchoupi,” an engineer with a Ph.D. in physics who has spent countless hours making maps, analyzing witness statements and fleeting headlight patterns in surveillance videos to compute George Zimmerman’s moves the night he killed Trayvon. (more…)

While no-one can get inside the mind of Michael Herring, the attorney who dispatched his client Shellie Zimmerman as soon as he realized his defense would be exposing the corrupt nature of his colleagues.  It is however possible to understand what ‘might’ have been a consideration.

Michael Herring is the son of a former 18th Judicial Circuit State Attorney General, Abbott Herring.   Coincidently the same position that Norman Wolfinger now occupies.

The same Norm Wolfinger who was pressured by Governor Rick Scott and Florida State Attorney General Pam Bondi.   The same Norm Wolfinger who was brutalized by the race-baiting class, the NAACP, and the rabid Natalie Jackson influenced coalition of City Manager Nelson Bonaparte and  Seminole NAACP President Turner Clayton to step down from the case and allow the railroading lynchmob to advance.

Kinda makes sense why Herring Jr. wanted nothing to do with exposing that viper pit. (more…)

Who is this man?

You have probably never heard of him, and if you follow the mainstream lamestream media reporting you probably never will.  But Michael S Herring is part of the Orlando Legal machine who cares less about justice, and more about self-interest.

Mr. Herring “was” the former attorney for Shellie Zimmerman.  Yeah, that’s right, the “former” attorney for Shellie Zimmerman.   The attorney that Kelly B Sims replaced. (more…)
