Such is the current state of racial anxiety in this nation of ours. In this example we’ll show you how incredibly racist the Trayvon Martin family attorney’s actually are; Specifically, Natalie Jackson.

Now, it’s important to keep in mind as you review these words, that Natalie Jackson is the daughter of well known Black Activist, and NAACP agitator, Francis Oliver. Francis Oliver has described Natalie’s upbringing thusly:
“I’ve been fighting white people my whole life seems like,” said Oliver. Of her daughter Natalie, Oliver said, “I raised her on the front lines of the movement.” (link)
So Trayvon family attorney, and daughter of Francis “fight white people” Oliver, Natalie Jackson, tweets this recently:
Then follows up by doubling down on her own racism: (more…)
Today, May 28th, the Defense and Prosecution will be back in court to discuss the various motions filed by both the Defense and the Prosecution:

Oh my…. Puppy Love Spat?…. “hostile and angry”….. Priceless
Don West files response to State regarding the relevancy of discovery evidence for Trayvon Martin’s background, conduct, associations, drug use, gun ownership, criminal records etc. It is, after all, a self-defense defense; Meaning the actions of the other party led to the consequences to them by the response from the other.

At this point in the pre-trial discovery this latest motion by the defense, seeking sanctions against the State Prosecutors, is, unfortunately, really just an exercise in futility.
Is the State of Florida manipulating discovery? Yes. Are they failing to release Brady Material? Yes. Is their action intentional and willful? Yes. Should it be stopped? Yes.
Does Judge Nelson care? No. (more…)
Today the Zimmerman defense team presented their 3rd supplemental discovery release in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. Part of that discovery release includes the text messages from, and to, Trayvon Martin.
The text messages not only reflect his activities leading up to his encounter with George Zimmerman, but also provide further insight toward his behavioral teen issues of multiple school suspensions, fights on/off campus, drug use, “Lean drinking”, gun ownership/selling, etc., the same text messages also convey Trayvon’s values and outlook. One thing is certain, while you will find the media may report on the defense discovery release, and most will probably describe it, none of them will actually directly share it with the general public. In essence remaining complicit in the guise and retaining the prior false perspective on the shooting…. example: The Huffington Post
… and so the pushback continues – the search for truth continues – As with the prior discovery discussion, here is what has been released. What do you find mostly important in this discovery release?

Just reposting the Discovery Information from yesterday so peeps have a fresh place to chew the discovery info. It does not appear to be of much significant value. UPDATE: Major mistake on my part. I wrongly attributed the keen strategy to The O’Mara… I did not notice it was actually written by, and filed by, Don West. So I take back my compliment of O’Mara and place it where it should be – with Don West. Figures.
“Admissibility”, that’s the key question behind the State of Florida attempting to keep the toxicology report on Trayvon Martin out of the courtroom. Bernie De La Rionda (prosecution) wants to keep the jury from hearing about young Martin’s stoner proclivities. Mark O’Mara Don West (defense) feels the jury should know about Trayvon’s illegal drug use.
What’s more interesting, at least to me, is how O’Mara Don West uses his response to share “NEW”, previously unknown, discovery evidence. Well played. (more…)
