Many interests within the body politic continue to tell us all there’s a necessary dividing line between Republicans and Democrats, liberals and conservatives, progressives or constitutionalists.  Indeed, if you were to force yourself to watch any number of hours of current news punditry you’d probably walk away with the same understanding.

However, I come here today not to showcase our difference but rather to highlight our common cause.
Throughout the course of my life you and I have each found value in our mutual interests; each serving the other with a clear understanding that we both can benefit from a relationship based on mutual respect and appreciation for the value of labor.
In a larger sense there is a connection that binds us beyond the threads which connect your well-earned individual federation patch to your jacket.  Each person here today is a single member of a larger construct aimed to benefit the group by raising the tides of all ships with as much equality as possible.
But beneath the patches and affiliations there is a larger connective tissue; a connection which flows deeper than economics; a connection that exists larger than the value of our labor; a patriotic connection which binds us all as – Americans. (more…)

Normally a candidate would have to go to the various news show studios for the Sunday Talk interviews. Not Donald Trump. The Sunday interview hosts come to him.
First up NBC Meet The Press (Chuck Todd):

Yesterday Reuters released a poll result showing Donald Trump with 34%.  Oddly enough, IPSOS Conducted a Poll (commissioned by Reuters earlier in September), however Reuters never used/published it as a stand alone?   [ Subsequently IPSOS Released it yesterday ]

HatTip TrumpTV  – Donald Trump was in Tennessee today for a campaign rally with massive crowds of supporters lined up in the rain for hours to attend the event.  Terrific enthusiasm, great crowd.

NEW YORK – CNBC is asking advertisers to pay a cool $250,000 to get their 30-second spot on the third Republican presidential debate, The Post has learned.

The debate, headlined “Your Money, Your Vote: The Republican Presidential Debate,” is set to take place on Oct. 28 and will air on the business news cable network.
CNBC’s asking price is 25 percent higher than the $200,000 per 30-second spot that CNN fetched during the second debate — and significantly more than the typical $50,000 that CNBC charges for its sometimes schlocky commercials for personal grooming products or gold buying services. (more…)

Reuters Trend Polling and OAN/Gravis Polling have each announced and updated Presidential Polling for the GOP race 2016.   The results are exceptionally similar.  Both polling outcomes reflect Donald Trump with a massive lead amid the rest of the field.
Gravis Polling has Trump with 35% support.  Reuters shows an almost identical 34% outcome.  The downstream alignments with the remainder of the field are also very similar.  Here’s the OAN/Gravis result:

A rather extensive poll was conducted by Pew Research and People Press.  The results are devastating for Jeb Bush.  Donald Trump carries a solid 25% support amid a crowded field with Jeb Bush only garnering 4% support.
The total support within the “Splitter Team” is a weak 22% (Bush, Rubio, Fiorina, Huckabee) and only rises to 24% if you add Rand Paul.
Yes, Donald Trump is supported by a bigger margin than Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Carly Fiorina, Mike Huckabee and Rand Paul combined.

• Trump, Carson and Cruz together  = 47%.
• Bush, Rubio, Fiorina, Huckabee, Paul = 24%
