It is anticipated the CNN approach will be to frame everything around overt and covert attacks against the GOP frontrunner Donald Trump.

Toward that end it makes sense Chris Christie was placed in the prime-time debate as a GOPe/RNC tool.  If the debate qualifications to allow Christie into the prime-time debate had not taken place there would only have been 7 candidates on the stage with Donald Trump.  Both Christie and Rand Paul would have been bumped down. The latest Public Policy Poll (full pdf below) shows a divergent narrative from the DMR poll of Iowa released two days ago.  The PPP Poll shows Trump on top with Ted Cruz a close second – both double digits above third place Marco Rubio:

With Senator Rand Paul also in a race to keep his Kentucky Senate seat, he is in a precarious political position.  Many anticipate a coming decision to stay in the race or exit in favor of spending additional time in his home state. (more…)

Whoopsie. An ABC/Washington Post Poll (full pdf below) shows Donald Trump with an all time high for their polling at 38%. Ted Cruz is now at 15%.

That’s a net increase of 34 points for Donald Trump since the race began, and a net increase of 7 points for the surging Ted “Maniac” Cruz.

Thinking positively Carly Fiorina has now surged to a position only 4 points behind Jeb Bush, and holds almost half of the support of Rand Paul and John Kasich.  However, both Rick Santorum and George Pataki have now caught up to the listening audience of both Mark Levin and Rush Limbaugh.   The race is heating up…

Donald Trump is the only unapologetic nationalist in the 2016 presidential race…  He’s putting everything on the line, FOR AMERICANS’ FIRST.

When questioned by CNN’s Don Lemon about this race and his political positions costing him a fortune because there are now significant interests aligned to attack Trump through his business enterprises – Trump responded:

This video is funny especially the last half.  CBS is aghast and apoplectic at the vulgarians; while GOPe pollster Frank Luntz is mad at Republican Leadership for creating Trump.

The problem all of Trump’s opposition face is the very specific and brilliant skill-set many have identified: Trump owns his flaws and downsides with honesty – he doesn’t try to hide them.

That’s why attack ads against him are ineffective. A recent article stated the next GOPe approach to attack Trump will focus on his “womanizing” and his four business unit “bankruptcies“. (more…)

The results are favorable for Donald Trump, but it is still a Patrick Murray poll – which means it can’t be trusted (full pdf below).   Still, this is the third or fourth recent poll showing Trump in excess of the 40% ceiling they said he could never pass:

The poll was taken AFTER Donald Trump took his ‘controversial’ position recommending a temporary pause on allowing Muslim immigration.

We’re often asked why not just unmask candidate Ted Cruz and lay bare with all of the gathered research on his manipulative intents.  The simplest answer can be found in the following analogy some might be familiar with:

…”have you ever tried to convince a 17-year-old teenager their boyfriend is wrong for them”?…

There are some things you make a decision not to do, choosing instead to watch people awaken on their own, at their own pace.  Preferring to support them after the awakening.

Ted Cruz, as a known toxic entity, is one of those type of examples.

What Campaign Chief Jeff Roe describes in the recent Washington Post article is MK-Ultra type of psychological operations.

The objective goes hand-in-hand with the approach Senate Candidate Ted Cruz first deployed in his 2012 bid to become a U.S. Senator.

Many of us who supported Cruz at the time (2012) recognized the concerning aspect, but set it aside as an issue ‘for future reference’.

However, when you digest the approach, it accurately describes why “religion” is an essential element in his campaign.  It also explains why Cruz can turn against someone like Sarah Palin, once her usefulness was exhausted – now, collaboratively with Glenn Beck, calling Sarah Palin “a clown”. DUBAI (Reuters) – Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal has called Donald Trump a disgrace to the United States following his call for a ban on Muslims entering the country, and demanded the Republican front-runner withdraw from the U.S. presidential race.

Trump triggered an international uproar when he made his comments in response to last week’s deadly shootings in California by two Muslims who authorities said were radicalized.

“You are a disgrace not only to the GOP but to all America,” Prince Alwaleed, the chairman of Kingdom Holding, said on his Twitter account, addressing Trump and referring to the Republican Party.

“Withdraw from the U.S presidential race as you will never win,” the prince added.  (link)
