On Monday March 5th a specific and intentional strategy to manufacture “media evidence” was created by Benjamin Crump, Natalie Jackson and Publicist Ryan Julison.   They began a systematic campaign of optical control.

First, by seeding a narrative to outline their victim “Trayvon Martin”.  The goal in this phase was to portray a personality, to construct a public image of Trayvon Martin.  The construct need not be real, indeed the outcome was far from the truth, it just needed to be the most marketable for the purpose of “brand imagery”.
They even went so far as to Trademark the Brand they were creating.  Control was the key element, as they set about their sales pitches and storyline.   Everything after that March 5th date was an outcome of their original construct.   Natalie Jackson and Benjamin Crump picked Ryan Julison , from Julison Communications, to create the Trayvon “brand” and the Trayvon media “image“.

By March 18th the “brand image” was seared into the people’s psyche with the exceptional selling by the media to a public consumer who still cling to the Fourth Estate as having some semblance of honesty.   They were counting on the average person who still think the halls of legacy penthouse media suites contain revered busts of Roger Mudd, Edward R Murrow, or even Walter Cronkite.  In short, the unawakened majority.

First lady Michelle Obama on Tuesday urged a group of young girls to “stay away from the haters.”

“There’s always going to be haters out there. Don’t focus on that,” she said. “Put the negative things aside, because that’s always going to be there.”

For some reason I have a difficult time reconciling this advice about “staying away from haters” when the very person who says it sits in the church pew of this “hater” for twenty, yes twenty, years.

EXPANDING DEATH THREATS – Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) was recently put under police protection after a credible threat was made against him.  The Miami Herald reported:
U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., is the target of a threat deemed credible enough to merit police protection in Washington, D.C., and at his home in West Miami, his office said late Tuesday.
The freshman senator rocketed to national political stardom in recent weeks as he jumped to the top of the shortlist of potential running mates for presumptive Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Could it possibly be that SCOTUS is recognizing an increasing need for de-politicization in order to save the Republic?   It appears the Supreme Court is taking a logical constitutional approach and dismissing agenda driven arguments.   Wow, perhaps, just perhaps, they recognize the horrific consequences for the road being travelled, and despite ideologies that may conflict with eachother, they are coming together to actually save a once proud Republic.   A glimmer of hope, maybe…
WASHINGTON DC – Supreme Court justices took a dim view of the Obama administration’s claim that it can stop Arizona from enforcing immigration laws, telling government lawyers during oral argument Wednesday that the state appears to want to push federal officials, not conflict with them.

The court was hearing arguments on Arizona’s immigration crackdown law, which requires police to check the immigration status of those they suspect are in the country illegally, and would also write new state penalties for illegal immigrants who try to apply for jobs.
The Obama administration has sued, arguing that those provisions conflict with the federal government’s role in setting immigration policy, but justices on both sides of the aisle struggled to understand that argument.
“It seems to me the federal government just doesn’t want to know who’s here illegally,” Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. said at one point… (more…)

The President’s re-election strategy is specifically designed, and subsequently dependent on micro-targeting various ideological elements within the electorate.   Indeed Team Obama seems to enjoy creating little boxes of self-interested and hyphenated constituencies.   For today’s example we present ‘Latino’s For Obama’.

This is not about diversity, this is all about control.   Think about how you apply  community organizing skills, and the subsequent ideological mindset, to the strategic control of a nation. 
In a smaller populous, or geography, the self-interested agenda is the actual reason for organizing.   Bottom up representation.
However, when you apply the same approach to a nation of 360 million  the true intention of the socialistic left comes clearly into focus.  Division becomes a strategic plan for victory. (more…)

Arresting someone because they are “not black” is just as racist as arresting someone because they are black.

Another installment in our soup to nuts deconstruction of the lies and obfuscations by the legacy media, and a host of opportunists, in the Trayvon Martin case. Along with what verified fact based information we can gather.
Every Day The media looks more and more insufferably inept. You don’t charge someone with a crime unless you think you can convict them, that’s basic prosecutorial ethics.
Throughout the past few weeks more new facts surrounding Trayvon Martin have been discovered thanks to the New Media doing the work the Institutional Lame Stream Legacy Media intentionally refuses to do. Simultaneously we discover how many lies and falsehoods are continuing. Today’s updates include:

• New photo/video images of the crime scene.
• New information of initial media report from Trayvon family attorney Benjamin Crump (March 20th) originally revealing “DeeDee” the audio witness, and describing Tracy Martin phone record discovery on Sunday March 18th.
•  George Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara requests recusal of Judge Jessica Recksiedler – Defendent’s Verified Motion to Disqualify Trial Judge

In short. This is perhaps the biggest national racial event since Rodney King. It is also shaping up to be the biggest media driven false public story since Richard Jewell.
