Here’s the Update: […]  The ruling is now official. The court noted that even if Stem Express prevails on their Penal Code 632 cause of action, “there is nothing in [that code section that] prevents the publication of information unlawfully procured through unlawful privacy violations.”
Judge O’Donnell reversed the previous court order that prohibited the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) from releasing any video from a conversation with Catherine Dyer and other Stem Express employees that took place on May 22, 2015.
Judge O’Donnell emphasized the importance of Daleiden and the CMP’s Constitutional rights in this case stating that “the proposed injunction would be a prior restraint on Defendant’s right to free speech under the First Amendment.”  This ruling paves the way for Daleiden and the CMP to publicize the conversation with Dyer and to continue to expose the ugly truth of fetal organ harvesting. Miami – Three Homestead Job Corps students have confessed to a plot to lure a teen to the woods, where he was repeatedly hacked with a machete and forced into a shallow grave as he lay mortally wounded, police revealed on Wednesday.

The sickening details were included in an arrest report for a fourth student, Desiray Strickland, 18, who was detained on Wednesday and charged with her alleged role in the savage June murder of 17-year-old Jose Amaya Guardado. (more…)

Via Thomas Lifson at American Thinker – Donald Trump has laid out the bare bones of a deportation plan that has an excellent chance of working well. The caricatures presented by his critics overlook the clever incentives he apparently is building into it.
The reaction has been as negative as the reaction to his initial contention, when he announced his candidacy, that rapists and criminals are streaming across the border. That was twisted into a false claim that he was thus characterizing all people coming across the border, earning him accusations of racism and worse. Yet the string of disgusting crimes at the hands of illegals, who would have been deported but for sanctuary city policies, has made his point, and the surge in his popularity has shown that demonization by media and political elites has backfired.
Something quite similar may well happen with his deportation proposal.  (read more)

OMAHA – Police on Wednesday booked a 22-year-old Omaha man identified as a suspect in the assault and robbery of an elderly woman in the back of St. Cecilia Cathedral.
They also arrested his mother.
Wayman Clark of Omaha was booked into the Douglas County Jail on suspicion of robbery, said Officer Michael Pecha, a police spokesman.
Clark’s mother, Charlean Clark, 53, of Omaha, was booked on suspicion of being an accessory to a felony for harboring a fugitive, a felony.

The Plot Thickens – Update:  Apparently Shaun King is going with the angle that his mom cheated on his dad, had an affair with a black man, and this is the explanation for how his parents are white – but he is “bi-racial”.   Wouldn’t mom need to go along with that story?

(Via Breitbart)  An investigative blogger has accused Shaun King, a key figure in the Black Lives Matter movement, of misleading media icon Oprah Winfrey by pretending to be biracial in order to qualify for an “Oprah scholarship” to historically black Morehouse College. The blogger says King is white and has been lying about his ethnicity for years.
King is a high-profile campaigner against “police brutality” and “justice correspondent” for the liberal Daily Kos website who told Rebel magazine in 2012 that he was biracial, with the magazine reporting that he is the “son of a Caucasian mother and an African-American father.” He has also described himself as “mixed with a black family” on Twitter.
King has been lionised by the press, praised as hero of civil rights and social activism. He has written extensively about a childhood in which he was terrorised by “decades old racial tensions.” He claims to have been “the focus of constant abuse of the resident rednecks of my school.” (more…)

32 million users of the cheating website now potentially exposed.  Contract and business lawyers (morality clauses), divorce lawyers, corporate lawyers etc. will have a field day…. And the potential for blackmail is exponential.

(Via Wired) Hackers who stole sensitive customer information from the cheating site AshleyMadison.com appear to have made good on their threat to post the data online.
A data dump, 9.7 gigabytes in size, was posted on Tuesday to the dark web using an Onion address accessible only through the Tor browser. The files appear to include account details and log-ins for some 32 million users of the social networking site, touted as the premier site for married individuals seeking partners for affairs.
Seven years worth of credit card and other payment transaction details are also part of the dump, going back to 2007. The data, which amounts to millions of payment transactions, includes names, street address, email address and amount paid. AshleyMadison.com claimed to have nearly 40 million users at the time of the breach about a month ago, all apparently in the market for clandestine hookups. (more…)
