Two Memphis 15-year olds, Derek Cunningham and Corey Sandifer, will be tried as adults for the brutal murder of J. P. Shelley; a General contractor in Tennessee.

The victim, Mr. Shelley, was a father of two, and a general contractor who was at work when two teens robbed him at gunpoint.
According to police investigative reports Mr. Shelley complied with every request they made – yet they shot him in the chest anyway.
