First and Foremost: THANK YOU !

I personally want to thank the hundreds of people who have provided information, sent research documents, e-mailed, reached out with links and considerations, and all manner of mega-dots (big and small) which helped assemble the TRUE story of who, what, when, where and why the entire fiasco was constructed.
More importantly, it is appropriate to thank EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU who held the line, stayed the course, provided no quarter, and pushed back.   At first you helped provide desperately needed breathing space.  Then, eventually, enough constructural information to assist in freedom for George Zimmerman.
Do not ever doubt how much you matter. This truly was an epic David VS. Goliath battle.
Every Treeper made it possible. My deepest appreciation and profound respect to each and every one of you.
Now, down to business.
Yes, the freedom of George Zimmerman has been accomplished. However, now the accounting, the reckoning begins. No-one who participated in the persecution and promotion of the fraudulent case against Mr. Zimmerman will be provided quarter. No-One.
As mentioned last week, we began pre-assembling a list of people we know have direct attachment to the fraud which surrounds this case.   We also know what evidence is within their construct and control.    WE WILL BE FILING TO GET IT.
There are so many victims involved in this case it reaches well beyond those of first reference. Think about the two reporters from the Virginia-Pilot who were beaten on the street and then in their car on behalf of Justice for Trayvon. Think about Matthew Owens who was beaten with paint cans in his front yard, left for dead, on behalf of Justice For Trayvon.
There are many victims. They, along with the entire Zimmerman family, deserve justice.
Considering the civil actions. I have seen some people contemplate the Scheme Team may file civil actions against George Zimmerman. That is not going to happen. Civil actions, especially civil actions based on fraud, are dangerous ground – The Scheme Team may talk it up on behalf of their wounded ego, but they will never do it. They would be foolish.
Foolish for many reasons, not the least of which is the unlimited discovery process in civil court. Every aspect of the fraudulent scheme they coordinated would be discoverable by the Zimmerman defense team. Then, at the conclusion of the case, the Schemers themselves would be forced to pay for the defense of any civil action they would advance.
They will not do it – They know the risk – They know they’d lose.
Next, some people talk about a federal Civil Rights Charge. Not going to happen either.
Despite the bravado chest thumping of the NAACP and various contingencies within the Black Grievance Industry, the DOJ will not touch this one. Why? Because an exhaustive six month FBI “civil rights/profiling investigation” has already taken place, and they found not once scintilla of evidence to support such a claim. The FBI told the media early this year there was nothing to substantiate any charges racially based.
There just isn’t any there – there; And they spent tens of thousands of man-hours investigating it. Nothing exists.
The BGI, NAACP or Congressional Black Caucus cries to that extent are all just face saving measures to avoid the mirror of their collapsed scheme. Period.
The civil actions that will succeed will ultimately come from George Zimmerman’s family toward all those entities who hold a measure of culpability in the fraudulent narrative, and fraudulent politically-based arrest.
There are also some victims outside the family, like former Police Chief Bill Lee, who will have solid ground for civil action against the city, state and possibly feds.
Yeah, The State of Florida is liable alright, but this time the liability award extends to George Zimmerman for malicious prosecution. The media, the scheme team, the State of Florida and numerous INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE within each of these aforementioned entities are absolutely at risk. They can all be held financially accountable for their efforts inside the fraud and construct therein.
Heads up. The way the schemers work when they are called out and defeated follows a very distinct pattern. First, they frame themselves as a victim in defeat. Second, they frame the financial risk around them to reduce their liability. Meaning they will say if George pursues civil action it will blood libel; They’ll try to make it look like Zimmerman is profiteering off them as victims. Third, they will use a well coordinated messaging network, including the media who also have a vested interest in risk avoidance, as a shield.
Lastly, another personal message:
We, as a website, and myself as an individual, have avoided injecting ourselves into this story. We have refused dozens of media requests for TV, Radio and Print Media interviews. This is not about us – this simply is about the search for TRUTH.
Truth is not dependent upon us, it exists with or without our engagement. We will continue to put the spotlight upon it – but we do not do this for personal benefit or gain. We do this in the spirit of our Treeper community. A rag tag bunch of misfits. That’s us.
However, I am also sensitive to the fact we owe you, our readers and participants, Treepers, a full debriefing for your understanding.
So for you, we will do, what we will not do for them.
