Obviously Benjamin Crump does not realize this statement directly contradicts the previous public assertions by his clients Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton.  Or maybe he does, and he is intentionally tormenting his team with his insufferable ineptitude.

Also, considering this essentially boils down to a physical confrontation between a Six Foot two-inch 160 lb 17-year-old, Trayvon Martin, and a Five Foot seven-inch 170 lb 28-year-old, George Zimmerman, how can Benjamin Crump think the only relevent aspect is the behavioral psychology of only one party ?

One would think the attitudes, actions (vis-a-vi 7-11 video), history and social personas of both Trayvon and George will be considerations put before any jury for determination and evaluation of events.

Someone tell Benjamin Crump that reading the publicly broadcasted profile of a person is not “hacking”.    You can only call it “hacking” if you intercept something someone has taken measures to retain private.    Merely scouring the web for Trayvon broadcasted social media data is not “hacking”.

Lastly, the removal of social media content is easily traceable to the date, time and user ip of the person removing it.   The host network stores files of data on all social media sites and backup files of previously historical information.   Nothing is ever REALLY deleted, and apparently Crump knows this with his chosen word “deactivated”.

However, the person who “deleted” the fight club video from Trayvon Martins U-Tube account will be easily traceable.  😉

Before: April 2nd 2011

AFTER April 2nd 2012

The Anthony VS. Curtis “fight club” video starring Trayvon Martin was removed sometime between April 2nd and May 19th.

Suggestion: Either Mark O’Mara, or coordinate with the Civil attorney for the NBC lawsuit, and do FOUR things regarding all this nonsense.   #1.  Put Ryan Julison on list of potential witnesses.   #2. Depose Ryan Julison prior to deposing anyone else (firm the narrative).  #3. Subpoena the phone records of Ryan Julison for the month of March, 2012.

#4) buy popcorn.
