Question submitted via email to the TreeHouse Tip Line

Question: I’ve been on the side of Zimmerman is Not Guilty etc ever since the evidence started showing up, next to none of it even *remotely* suggesting a crime, and all the circumstantial stuff that people claim make him guilty I know is so easy to explain in light of the facts…except for one.
The lack of GZ’s blood on Trayvon’s hands. I know breaking a nose wouldn’t put any blood there, bashing in his head, etc. I know it’s possible to give one hell of a beating and end up with no bruising or blood on your hands.
But putting your hands over someone’s nose and mouth after the nose is broken and bleeding…has it been answered somewhere how that blood didn’t get on Trayvon’s hands? (A mixed DNA profile on one sleeve *could* explain it but that seems thin).
Like I said, that doesn’t convince me much of GZ’s guilt or anything, but it’s a question that’s been bugging me enough to see if I can find an answer, but don’t want to give any fuel to the hysterical lynch mob out there, hence why asking in email instead of posting. Thanks!
ANSWER: Refer back to the Medical Examiner’s autopsy report. The anti Zimmerman crowd really seems to be banking on a DNA test that never happened.   It is the typical CSI affect.
There is a persistent rumor going around the Anti-Zimmerman crowd that Trayvon’s hands were tested for DNA and there was no Zimmerman DNA found.   This rumor is the result of a misunderstanding of what the DNA report says. The report says ME-2 fingernail scrapings represented as being from Trayvon Benjamin Martin followed by ME 2A right hand and ME 2B left hand. ME 2 states fingernail scrapings generically and ME 2A and ME 2B only differentiate which hand the fingernail scrapings came from.   There was never any testing done on the hands themselves.

And Don’t Forget To Keep Asking –  WHERE’S THE TOXICOLOGY REPORT ?
