President Obama says under his watch the “federal spending has risen at the lowest pace” in years…

So President Obama has the lowest percentage increase in spending according to his spin. But that gives the 2009 spending to George Bush by default, and is actually quite impossible to charge.
Why? Because there was no spending budget for fiscal year 2009. Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and then Senator Obama blocked the April 2008 budget proposal from George Bush and never had a budget for 2009.

That’s right. That’s a fact. The 2009 spending was done by continuing resolution specifically and strategically done to insure that an elected President Obama would have no spending restrictions on him. Period. That is a FACT.
